They have options on pricing and they are super easy to deal with. Everything is upfront with no back end surprises. Tony is the manager and my point person, he's very knowledgeable and professional, plus a super nice guy. I feel all of our possessions are very safe and I appreciate the two lock system they use. Today, the entire building had a power outage--the lights were completely out inside, and I was completely locked out with zero access to my unit. On top of that, the garage has been entirely shut down for months. This isn't a one-time thing either; last year it was closed for months at a time too. Because the garage is closed, you are forced to park outside on the street. This specific block has a massive issue with drug dealers and fentanyl users hanging out right on the sidewalk. Forcing customers to park outside and carry their items through that environment is a massive safety hazard. You pay a premium price for what is supposed to be a "secure" facility, but you can't get in, the garage is always broken, and you have to risk your safety just to visit your unit. Look elsewhere.
