Meagan helped me fall in love with what I see--because for the first time, I could actually see! I'm serious. I saw Dr. Ishi, who I seriously cannot recommend enough -- she's truly amazing. She helped me figure out that my previous experience at Costco Optical has, in fact, been totally useless and wholly inaccurate--my prescription has been off for like...10 years??? No wonder I can't see at night! Ha ha! Turns out, my bizarre and highly astigmatismed eyeballs happen to be both nearsighted and farsighted on each respective side..and thus require a certain amount of due diligence and attention--all of which I have never experienced at any other optometrist prior to coming to this place. Literally, one side of my contact prescription was off by 1.5 points or whatever they use to measure it--i mean, what?? Should I contact my car insurance to dispute any claim against any minor car accidents that I may or may not have been involved in over the past DECADE since I LITERALLY COULDN'T SEE!!!?? Dr. Ishi is incredible. Megan is a sweetheart who helped me pick glasses that not only fit, but ~*flattered*~ my large and in charge face. Because of this wonderful team, I can FINALLY see for the first time in my life. Can't recommend this place enough! 10/10. Ps; and not to be super creepy or anything...as I still don't know that deep and mysterious voice I heard but I think I'm low key in love. I seriously can't wait to go back!! But next time, I think I'll wear makeup! Although idk maybe i won't bc what if they put drops in my eye and my mascara runs??? Only time will tell...stand by for updates ).

The receptionist Riley, the technician April, the optometrist Dr. Ishii and the optician Megan were all very nice and patient. These ladies including the optometrist are very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They all did a fantastic job helping me. The process was very smooth and took less than an hour. The visit was a pleasant experience and I wish I had come here for glasses earlier. I can't wait to have my new pair of glasses from Spectrum Eyecare. I was told it's going to take around 3 weeks. It's the holiday season now so it's understandable that it's taking longer than usual. I recently bought two new pairs of eyeglasses from Costco Optical Victorville. The day I picked up…read morethe glasses, they fit fine. However, after a couple weeks of usage, they didn't fit as well anymore. I brought them to Costco Optical San Dimas for an adjustment as I was in the area. This optical center is not my go-to, but I drive by it more often than any other optical. Center was clean. Walls and cases of eyeglass frames were organized. They weren't super busy at the time. Just a few customers ahead of me. I put my name on the waitlist. I was shortly called afterwards. Nathan assisted me. He first looked at how the eyeglasses fit on my face. I then informed him where the discomfort was. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He went through a couple rounds of adjustments. Both pairs finally fit much better at the end. Thank you so much Nathan for your patience and listening to meet my eyeglass needs. I appreciate your help. I will definitely return here for future eyeglass needs. Thanks Costco Optical!

Always pleasant, never had a bad experience and when you walk in, the staff welcome you and provide timely responses and making sure your appointment VSP no longer considers this a - I guess a preferred location, thus higher costs. Nothing higher in costs here, and frankly better care and better service than the assumed preferred locations. Allow them to care for you and know that you will be taken care of. Superb care and consideration for you and your eyes.

One even offered to start the pre-assessment right away. However, Layla (I believe that was her name) stopped him because they had an appointment coming, even though that patient hadn't arrived yet. We waited about 15 minutes before the appointment showed up, which was plenty of time to complete the pre-assessment. Our situation was somewhat urgent because my daughter's contact had fallen out and she didn't have a replacement. What bothered me most was the way Layla handled the situation and seemed to overrule the two employees who were genuinely trying to help. We are a family of nine and have brought a lot of business to this location. The last time we came, our entire family purchased two pairs of glasses each. Unfortunately, we also had an issue when it took nearly two months to be notified that my son's expensive sunglasses were ready.
