They've done my nails for my bachelorette and my wedding (not pictured). They've always done an amazing job making the designs I want and I'm not in a chair for 2 hours for a design which is a plus!! They are efficient and quick to respond via text. They always make sure the color and shape is good before they move forward. My nails LAST at least a month or longer. I get so many compliments on them and it honestly just brightens my day having beautiful nails. If you're in the area, there really is no nail salon like them. Several of my nails are lopsided and uneven, and toward the end of the appointment I honestly just wanted to leave. The cuticle clipping was very aggressive, I felt stinging afterward, which shouldn't happen. A large portion of the service (the last 30-35 minutes) was spent filing and clipping, which was frustrating because these issues could have been addressed properly from the beginning. When it came to the color, I could tell early on that it wasn't going the way I wanted. Each time I tried to look between coats, I was rushed to put my hand under the light and told to check after. I ultimately had to ask for a third coat because there were still visible patchy areas. It was clear she didn't like this. Otherwise, she would have gone straight to top coat with the uneven color still visible. The application itself felt sloppy. There are visible gaps between my nail bed and where the polish starts, making the manicure look grown out already. On my pinky, there were also gaps along the sides. When I pointed this out, she started to aggressively file and remove, starting to take off the polish entirely and even moving on to another nail. At that point, it had already been over an hour and 20 minutes and I needed to leave, so I had to stop her and explain that wasn't what I was asking for. She then began mumbling to herself, which added to the uncomfortable experience. I do give her credit for trying to fix the issues, but by that point we were far too gone, and the overall experience felt rushed (but drawn out for not reason) and uncomfortable.

The last few times I've come here, my nails start lifting after about a week, and by week two it's pretty noticeable. I go every four weeks, so they should last much longer. This salon is on the expensive side, so I expect my nails to hold up for at least 4-5 weeks. I do like this place, but the lifting has been disappointing. I hope this can be improved because I'd like to keep coming back!
