    Mariya is a true blonde whisperer! Best highlights I have had in the last 10 years, not exaggerating. She does not overfry the hair and leaves no trace of brass. Plus she gave some great tips about blonde products that extend the life of highlights and don't cost a fortune. Highly recommend!

    If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Short version: DO NOT GO HERE. Long version: I saw this ad on Groupon with Vadim Safyan for a haircut, deep condition treatment, and blow-out style. I called him to make an appointment and he told me not to purchase the Groupon but to pay him in cash. I said fine, and agreed to meet with him. He booked my appointment at the same time as my cousin actually, so when I came in on time for my 2pm appointment, no one greeted me, and I had to go up to him to tell him who I was. He argued for about 10 minutes over my cousin's hair and refused to color it. Instead he told her he would do highlights. That should have been a red-flag right there but we still gave him a chance. She showed him a picture of what she wanted, accenting the gold tones on her nice brunette hair. She explained how it should blend and flow naturally into her hair, and not be a streaky, yellow look. He argued some more until he began working on it. He made her fold and hold the foil, and when she commented that no hair stylist has ever made her do that, he just said Americans are lazy and yelled at her to just do it. My cousin's initial lustrous hair turned out to be yellow and streaky when he washed out the product, and it looked like a bumble bee. It was horrific to see her hair turn out exactly how she told him she did NOT want it to look. He went over to another person in the salon and asked her for her opinion on which color he should use for her toner. He then used that toner on her, washed and blow dried.....to the same yellow, streaky look. When it came to my turn, I came in asking for a simple 1/2 inch trim where we keep the length and layers, but cut off a little bit of the dead-ends. I asked him for a simple straight line in the back with a touch up on my even layers, and told him I don't like the v-shape. He argued about this but finally agreed to start my hair. He washed my hair with burning hot water and coughed all over my face during the process-- I wish I was making this up-- and then began to towel dry my hair. I asked him if he was going to deep condition it and he said he didn't understand why everyone wanted a deep conditioning treatment....I said it was in his ad, and he said fine, and put regular conditioner in my hair. He walked away for a minute (I watched my clock) and came back to wash it out. This is NOT how long deep conditioner is supposed to be in your hair for. When it finally came to cutting my hair, he boasted about his methods compared to other hair stylists and then blow dried it on the highest heat setting with the blow drier literally on my scalp and hair with steam flowing out. My hair came out completely uneven and had several inches taken off. The left side was significantly shorter than the right side, and even had random pieces that were still the old length. I told him nicely not to touch my hair anymore, and went to look at my hair in another mirror. He followed me with his scissors and tried to cut more pieces, but I firmly told him not to, and he eventually left me alone and went back to continue work on my cousin. Three and a half hours later...Nightmare experience. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here.

    Loved my haircut by Vadim! He was friendly, helpful and professional. So happy I was able to get a cut only a week before my vacation on such a short notice.

We arrived on time, checked in, and were escorted back to begin our services. After we had already undressed and were prepared for our massage, we were informed that the appointment could not be accommodated as scheduled because the therapists needed breaks. At no point prior to our arrival were we notified of any staffing adjustments or scheduling conflicts. Instead, we were told, after we were already ready for service, that the massages would have to take place in separate rooms. We were then informed that they were fully booked for the rest of the day and could not reschedule us for the couples experience we originally booked. The only alternative offered was a complimentary guided self experience in the sauna, which was not comparable to what we had reserved. Alexa, the hospitality manager, did apologize and stated that Anna, the spa director, would be contacting us. As of yet, that has not happened. The lack of communication and follow through was extremely frustrating. If therapist breaks were going to interfere with scheduled appointments, we should have been notified before arriving. Being informed only after we were undressed and expecting our couples massage was uncomfortable and unprofessional. This experience reflected a serious lapse in customer service. When a service cannot be delivered as promised, there should be a meaningful effort to correct the situation and ensure the client still receives what they scheduled. I recommend taking your hard earned money somewhere you are valued and not expected to simply accept something different than what you reserved. Anna, After receiving your comment on my previous post, I feel it is important to clarify our position. We shared with you, as customers, exactly what our experience was booking this appointment online through your company's website. Rather than acknowledging how this situation unfolded from the client's perspective, your response focuses on explaining internal policies and procedures. Our frustration is not about therapist breaks or operational logistics. It is about communication. At no point prior to our arrival were we notified that the couples room was not secured. We arrived on time, were escorted back, undressed, and only then informed that the appointment would not be accommodated as expected. That is the core issue. As customers, we can only rely on the booking system provided by your company. If duet services must be reserved by phone and the online system does not guarantee placement in the same room, that process should be made unmistakably clear and proactively confirmed before guests arrive, especially for something as specific as a couples massage. Furthermore, instead of continuing this issue publicly from a policy standpoint, I believe this should be addressed internally within your company to ensure others do not experience the same poor communication and disappointment. Our intention in sharing our review was simply to express our experience honestly and highlight an opportunity for improvement.

She also has been patiently dissolving old filler done by other injectors. Adrianne has high integrity and doesn't let me get more than I need/things I don't need or more than what will look good.
