It was a 20+ minute wait before that because you are held hostage in the drive thru because they have it all curbed off. You cannot escape. After my initial complaint (I'm usually not a complainer, hate confrontations) was minimized to "25 minutes" it was an additional 15 minutes, for a grand total of an hour wait. In addition this location is dirty. And as you can probably guess the order was incorrect in almost every way. I understand it's hard to retain employees right now, but it's on the manager to stop taking orders or inform customers of 45+ wait BEFORE they are trapped in line.
