A throw back to better days, the bar is gorgeous; beautiful wood bar top and solid front with plenty of stools. There's tables and a nice dance floor, but don't think there has been dancing or live music in many years. We sat at the extremely well stocked bars, ordered a couple of beers and were lucky enough to meet and visit with Mike, the owner. A most patient, kind and friendly man, he cheerfully answered my 101 questions. If you find yourself in the area, looking for a clean, vintage motel room or just a quick, refreshing stop from the road, please stop in.
