The itching was extremely intense, my nails were bleeding, and the damage was much worse than anything I had ever experienced from a nail service. Looking back, I honestly feel like I should have reported this business to the health department because something clearly was not right with the condition my nails were left in. Five months later, the itching has finally gone away, but my nails are still yellow and brittle. I can still feel peeling and damage underneath the nails, and my thumb in particular still has noticeable damage that I can physically feel. This has been a long and frustrating healing process, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering getting their nails done here to be very cautious. No nail service should leave you dealing with this kind of damage months later.

It is probably the nicest nail salon I've ever been in and it's huge! They have the big, leather massage pedicure chairs, a waiting area and a separate section in the back for drying your nails. Also, they have two or three flat-screen tv's to watch. The guy, who I assume is the owner, is very nice. At my first visit, I told him I was in a big hurry. One girl started my manicure, but after the owner finished up with his client, he personally came over and finished my nails since he knew I needed to get out of there soon. It was the quickest manicure I've ever had, but also one of the best. It was very neatly done. i believe they offer additional services besides mani/pedis, but I have yet to partake in one. The staff is friendly without being overbearing. I hate salons where, even after being given the hint to leave me alone and just be quiet, they continue to try to chat me up. The technician was clearly inexperienced and struggled with a basic classic service, redoing the nails four times while aggressively pushing for acrylics we didn't want. To top it off, her long hair wasn't pulled back and literally dragged through my daughter's wet polish, ruining the finish. After nearly three hours, we were too exhausted to ask for a fifth fix and just wanted to leave. Even after speaking with the owner, Justin, about our experience, there was no offer of compensation or even a discount for the ruined service. While we didn't ask for one, you would expect a business owner to want to make things right after such a blatant lack of professionalism and skill. Between the poor quality and the lack of customer care, I cannot recommend this salon. Save your money and your time.
