After sitting there another 10 minutes with no one coming, I walked out. When I left, I informed the person at the front desk that I was canceling my appointment and won't be back. When I stated that, the person at the front desk seemed to not care about my business. Very disappointing because I've always had a pleasant experience there but this was disheartening. Not a cut like she fully ripped my real nail from the bed and nerves were showing. She then just put alcohol and didnt even wipe the blood before gluing on the new nail. After she made me bleed then she finally decided to soak the rest of the nails off. I asked for Pink, she used this color because to her "it looked better." The gems are completely off center as well. I paid $130 for these and my last two sets from here which were AMAZING only cost $115. I tipped her anyways but are you kidding? Maybe when someone asks for a soak off JUST DO IT!!!!! My nail is still sore and bleeding - will be back just do not want whoever did these nails again. Also, two hours for these is insane.

I made an appointment at 6 PM with someone and the tech never showed up. I sat there for 30 mins until the other techs decide to tell me that he would not be coming to the appointment. At that time they closed in 30 mins and 3 other female techs REFUSED to help me. Wouldn't even agree to remove the 6 gel nails I had left instead of getting a full set since they were closing. One of the nice women at station 3 removed the nails for me, but still charged me $15 after all was said and done. Safe to say I will never be returning after a year of loyal business.
