I was lightly bleeding and she apologized so it's been throbbing for two days. In my 20 years of getting my nails done never have I seen someone do it without the proper equipment. Her technique polishing was excellent and clean but unfortunately, the polish chipped in two days which is pretty quick for gel. Pricing is fair $30 for a gel manicure and $5 for removal. At some point, the pricing needs to be more transparent. I should have been told exactly what I was being charged for before the service was completed, especially if there were additional removal fees. I would have made a different decision had I known the final price. I left feeling overcharged and very disappointed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and based on my experience, I can't recommend this salon.

But about 2 weeks after, the polish grew out with a slightly lifted edge where the growth was that kept getting caught in my hair and chipping the polish.
