LA Mirror Man - Dining room in portola lime wash - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I had a great experience at LA Mirror Man. The price for my 7x5 mirror was amazing--honestly beats any other price I found in Los Angeles. The salesman, Serj, was a true gentleman and very helpful throughout the whole process. He even arranged delivery for a very reasonable price, which made everything even easier. Just a heads up: Serj is an older gentleman and English isn't his first language, so if you're looking for very clear answers over the phone, you may not get the full picture. I definitely recommend visiting the store in person--you'll get the best service and the best deal that way. read more

I went to La Mirror Man looking for a mirror. I had seen the negative reviews beforehand, but I decided to give the place a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience matched what others had described. When I walked in, the employee didn't greet us or acknowledge that we were there. We were completely ignored, which made us feel unwelcome. Good customer service starts with a simple greeting, and that was missing. Based on my experience, I wasn't impressed and hope they improve the way they treat customers. read more

This is the best shop with the best owner. He found a mirror for my son's living room, delivered and install the next day. No hassle, great attitude, great price and clean. Cannot have enough good words to describe the experience. Also, put a couple of paintings on the wall for free. Great!!!! Recommend to anyone!!! read more

So rude on the phone. Contradicted his own ads and was argumentative and then hung up on me and wouldn't pick up again. Guess my small customer job was not enough to get him off his sofa. read more

Serge is the best! My daughter found the LA Mirror Man. We went to pick out two 84"x72" mirrors for our dining room. He delivered the mirrors himself. I'm building a commercial space and have been searching for many mirrored various materials as well as regular mirrors. I called the store and got an associate who was not helpful but very rude and abrasive. I asked a simple question about what I'm looking for and he presumed to tell me that "it doesn't matter what you want, a mirror is a mirror and I don't know if we have what you want." I said so you only cary regular square mirrors in and in the store? Can I do custom? He: " it's doesn't matter what you want a mirror is a mirror!" Me: can I please speak to your manager or another associate? He: know body is here. Me: Can I get your name? He: (click) Needless to say I'm not driving there to even check it out... I'd rather die than dance around the cranky rude associate who doesn't know anything including his name. read more

LA Mirror Man - My beautiful mirror - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Went here to spend money on a mirror and the guy was super rude. He didn't want to take out the mirrors that I couldn't see unless I was going to absolutely buy it. He also priced everything I wanted way more expensive than the ones that were larger and more decorated outside. I kept picking ones that didn't have a price sticker and when I chose another one he said it was already purchased. How can I buy something that I can't see? We asked about options he had and he continued to sit in the back as if we bothered him. I was actually going to buy a mirror but because he was so unprofessional and unwilling to help, I walked out. I wouldn't come here unless you want attitude for potential business. I'm not sure how he does business at all. read more

Terrible terrible customer service. I purchased a mirror from Serj Khachadourian earlier this week. First informal is he is so rude, every time you have a question to ask him it's as if you are bothering him. I bought a mirror went home to clean it and the smudges and dust would NOT go away I tried everything. I called him and he told me to bring it back and he would fix it. I bring it back and he rubs his hands all over the mirror while saying "what's wrong with it nothing is wrong!" Super aggressive! Then ends up refunding me my money because he knows his mirrors are shit! DO NOT GO HERE! Zero stars read more

I'm so happy with my new mirror and I don't understand why this company has such poor reviews. It's true that the owner comes off a little rough around the edges but I think that is because he's more of a craftsman and less of a salesman. I wondered around and looked at his wares, he quoted me prices when I asked and he even gave me a deal on the mirror I liked best. If you're looking for a great mirror this is your place. Don't come with expectations of being fussed over. There will be no sales pitch - just a guy selling his hand-crafted fames. I'm ok with that. Not everyone is super skilled at customer service but the craftsmanship and prices can't be beat! read more

I'd been looking for a well-priced mirror for a while and after looking at countless Rosses, TJ Maxx Home Goods, etc, I chanced upon LA Mirror Man while driving home one day. I told him my budget ($70) and he showed me several options, including one beautiful piece that was damaged, so he would give me at a discount, which fit under my budget. I went with the latter (the scratches on the wood didnt bother me!) and he even helped me load it into my car. Fast, simple, beautiful options! read more

I own my own private fitness studio and I had LA Mirror Man custom make me ALL my mirrors. He gave me an extremely fair price (I had been shopping around so I knew the market) and even refused a tip after carrying 4 HUGE mirrors up 3 flights of stairs. Very professional, very time efficient, and very fairly priced. I could not recommend more! read more

You can find a beautiful mirror at a fair price. Giving the rating a 4 stars instead of 5 because the place wasn't as clean, and it was tough to get the owner's attention. However, I bought a mirror I am extremely happy with it. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I don't typically write reviews but I was so bothered by this unprofessional service. I called to inquire about inventory because I am looking for something very specific, and have a time crunch. I asked how much would a 20in x 20in glass cost? He answered begrudgingly as if he was doing me a huge favor by even answering the phone. He says, "$30 - we can do anything custom" so I'm trying to ask more questions because of this time crunch and ask if he can possible fix a broken glass and he said "NO WE DONT FIX!" and he became more and more rude. Eventually I said, "You know what, you are being incredibly rude and I won't be taking my business there," and all he said was "ok bye" and we hung up. No apology or trying to get my business back. His customer service skills, better yet, lack thereof were absolutely appalling. I was being very nice when asking my questions but I could not even keep going because of how rude he was. Do not recommend this place at all! read more

I went there looking for a full length mirror to hang on a wall and there was only one person to help. But he was too busy making mirrors to assist or answer my questions. All I wanted to know were the dimensions of mirrors I liked but he wouldn't give me any of his time and was plain rude. I figured he doesn't really care about the customer, so I left. On top of that he wasn't wearing a mask. read more

Nice bait and switch here... Asked to buy the mirror on sale, was told it was sold, and got offered less of a mirror for $40 more. It's 2018, not a 3rd world bazar... WTF. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I don't know if he was the owner or what but i stopped by because I seen a mirror on the street for $59. I told him that I would like to buy it and he offered to make it fit in my car. I wasn't sure if it would so I asked how much for delivery. He asked how far I told him that I lived less than a mile a way and he realized the car that I was driving (a Mercedes truck) and told me there would be a $200 minimum. $200 to deliver a 60 dollar mirror less than a mile a way. I declined and lowered the seats in my truck and went back in to ask him to check if it would fit. He then brushed me away with his hands and said no I'm not going to try I don't want to. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I don't find it customary to get cussed at over the phone when calling a business. I don't care how bad of a day you are having- this is rude and inappropriate behavior. However after reading a few of the other reviews it seems like poor service is not a one off and I will not be giving my business to this shop. read more

Purchased 2 giant mirrors from this man & I love both immensely! Great selection. Amazing prices. He delivers. Interior designers dream.

I use this guy all the time and get really good deals. The people complaining are just snooty West LA folk who are way too picky for a wholesaler. If you're trying to come up on a good product at a good price and aren't particularly picky on ready-made, this guy is good. read more

LA Mirror Man - Raw wood framed mirror - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I Was excited to look for a mirrors at this place, since it was closer to my house. Don't got tricked by all the sale sign. They are not cheap and the owner is straight up rude, pushy. Long story short, I have decided to buy the mirror but I was concerned it doesn't fit in my car. Since I only live 5 mins away, so I kindly ask if he can delivery, he said no and ask for delivery fee. At that time the sales person came out to the car push the mirror inside the car and broke the rear vision mirror. He said don't worry I'll just glue it back together, and when I asked well there's old glue on the windshield he said "that's not my problem!" At that point I said well you've broken my mirror what are you gonna do about it? He said nothing and take it out of his store! With strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere with somebody who is respectful, polite and genuine. A complete disappointment not only to the whole retail experience but also to humanity in general! read more

Called this place to have them come to my home and measure for a custom vanity mirror for my master bath. Booked a time for them to come and they did not show. I called them about 1 hour after they were supposed to come, they told me that I had called them that morning and cancelled the appointment, which I had not. So I rebooked for the next day, again no one showed up and when I called them they said they forgot to come. I just told them not to bother at that point. My advice is not to bother with this place. The man here is very odd. The store smelled rank, was filthy, and a death trap to walk through. I asked for a simple quote on a custom mirror and he treated me so rudely like I was bothering him- and I was the only customer in the store.
