This is by far the most authentic shaved ice I've had outside of Hawaii. The texture of the ice is perfect, the flavors are spot on, and getting it with condensed milk and macadamia nuts takes me right back to the islands. One thing that really stood out is that they source their ingredients from Hawaii. Their li hing mui powder is the real deal--the best I've found anywhere in California. The first time I came in, I asked if I could buy some because it was that good. They said they would've loved to, but they didn't have any extra at the time. Fast forward to today--I came back with my fiancée and asked again, and they actually remembered. They had some set aside for me and wouldn't even let me pay for it. That kind of customer service is incredibly rare. I didn't catch the owner's name, but he was genuinely kind and went out of his way to make our day. They've earned customers for life.
