I'd give it a 4/5 rating. I thought the shitake mushroom gravy was very good and give 5/5. I'm just happy they make a vegetarian-friendly gravy. Main issue is that when we choose Iced tea or other Iced drinks, there is too much ice cubes. When asked for NO Ice the employees say that it is NOT possible, and reduced ICE then they serve the drink lowering the level of the drink because it is the Manager's Owners Instructions. We do not like it, as the people go there for teas or drinks and NOT TO BUY ICE. Speaking with the Manager, not nice at all. Service needs to improve a lot
