Service began with complimentary chips and dips, which were fresh and flavorful. We started with the Queso Fundido--such a generous portion, and we finished every bite. It was really good. For our entrées, we ordered Mima's Pasta Poblana and a half order of the Barbacoa. The Barbacoa was flavorful and very well done, but our favorite dish by far was Mima's Pasta Poblana--delicious, unique, and memorable. Service throughout the meal was good, everything was reasonably priced, and the overall experience was excellent. The place is an old converted gas station. Anyway walked in with about 4 Coworkers a and the place was pretty slow right after lunch rush. Sat down got a water and lemon and my coworkers ordered various other beverages. My first mistake was putting that dark brown/red sauce on one of the tacos cause the heat totally downed out the flavor. Regardless my coworkers got some caldo, firearms tacos which were damn good and some enchiladas I think.
