The first time I went was on a weekend, and the line was out the door. This time, I went on a weekday, and it was pretty empty. Cons: Cant taste the coffee at all, asked for extra foam only to get it no foam and extra hot. I could tell just by the sound she wasn't airating it enough. I wasn't asked what size I want and was given a medium. Ordered a bagel and it's totally stale and not chewy at all. When I spend $12 for a coffee and bagel I expect hipster gentrification coffee skills and this is giving gas station coffee at best.
