A welcome food truck addition to the neighborhood! I was pleasantly surprised when I found out…read moreabout Tacos Cholula through Yelp, and finally paid them a visit. Tacos range from $3 - 4.50 each, which is pretty standard for the area. I ordered the al pastor & carnitas tacos to try, as 2 of my usual go tos, and they were pretty tasty. There's good flavor to both, and while I'd say the al pastor is maybe not as seasoned as Tacos El Bronco, they make up for it with the portion size. And it's not to say it's not tasty - it's still tasty! I liked the carnitas as well, and would probably get it again. The carnitas were flavorful and not dry at all. I read from my fellow yelper that they have a red salsa and asked for it, but was unfortunately only given the green salsa. Will definitely try again next time! Service is quick & friendly, and this makes for a good grab & go lunch. It looks like they can take both card & cash as well.

The green sauce is the right heat with nice notes of cilantro, while the red sauce is peppery and smoky. My second visit, I ordered a chicken burrito which was stuffed with chicken, rice, beans, avocado and cheese. The burrito was also super fresh and tasty, served with a small side salad and hot sauce of your choosing, it was very satisfying. I've been waiting to make a third visit to the truck, and haven't seen them in the past week, but I sincerely hope they return as they provide fresh, tasty food and have a wide variety of menu options.
