I said one thing she heard something different and it was an mis communication but instead of trying to make it right she just told me i have to pay for something different if i want something else . Lengua is hard to find these days, especially with many taco spots either not serving it or not doing it justice. So when a friend of a friend recommended this taco truck in Bay Ridge, I knew I had to check it out. I was hungry and decided to get their lengua rice box. I ordered two, but they made a mistake and only gave me one. I had to share and their flavors left my craving for more! The slow-cooked beef tongue was a real treat, rich, savory and full of incredible flavors. The meat tender and juicy, thought there wasn't much crispiness on the edges, the texture was still satisfying. The rice box came with fresh onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, guacamole, cilantro, and lime, topped with oaxaca cheese and sour cream. The freshness of the ingredients balanced with the richness of the beef tongue. The salsa added a nice kick, giving each bite depth without overpowering the flavors. Overall, it was a flavorful, satisfying, and comforting meal. If you're a fan of Mexican food and haven't tried lengua tacos yet, it's definitely worth stepping out of your comfort zone. I usually try a restaurant twice before I officially review them. I like to test their "consistency". However, this Taco Truck? Whoa... Just, whoa... We used UberEats for delivery and it arrived in no time. I ordered a Burrito with Carnitas The Man ordered a few Tacos; (1) Birria, (1) Shrimp, (1) Spicy Pork and (1) Steak. By Taco #2, he was 100% sure that these were the BEST Tacos he had ever had the pleasure of consuming. He was so impressed. My Burrito was a DREAM. The one thing I usually hate in burritos is rice, but the rice in this burrito was so moist (yet not mushy) and intensely flavorful - It would have been less delicious without the rice. The Carnitas - In-SAAAANE. Soft, yet crisp (as they SHOULD be!), soooo savory and heavily seasoned, which worked perfectly with the pico de gallo & guacamole (I had added, additionally). By far, the best Burrito I've ever had. I've never been a girl that finds the flavor of food gets influenced by a restaurants "ambiance". I'm all about the taste of the products. Highly recommend this food truck. Must try their lengua. All their large orders are worth it - with extra meat. If you want something a little crunchy, try their tostada. Their birria soup wasn't as oily and salty compare to the other taco trucks that I've tried. Only downside is their English is limited so can't really answer your questions if you ask them too much but enough for them to take your order. read more

We tried 4 different tacos from here: steak, grilled chicken, pork and tinga. They were positively delicious. This is authentic Mexican food. The meats are well seasoned and grilled to perfection. The tortillas are small (they use two of them) and taste homemade. There isn't much glamour to food from a truck but if all you want is delicious tacos that are perfectly seasoned for just a few bucks, then this is the place to be. This is a taco truck, by the way, nevertheless, the food is mediocre. I like the convenience of it. If you live in Bayridge, you know that there aren't many food options after hours. In fact, Omonia cafe may be the only option. That's a whole other story though. read more
