I don't drink wine so I know nothing. Then she also let me sample their sparkling almond wine, now that was absolutely delicious!!! I got a bottle to share with my mom and husband. We liked it so much that my mom went back and got a case . The outside of the winery is beautiful with views of the Bear Valley springs and Tehachapi mountains. The inside of the winery has a cabin feel, lots of tables to sit at and a bar. There is even an outside area to sit at and enjoy the view. I will definitely come back and do a more thorough tasting with my mom.

They had samples of their varieties of olive oil and balsamic. The olive oil is what they create right next door. Kelly helped us out and we got to have samples with little pieces of bread. I forgot the exact names, but I tried the olive oil "with a little spice and kick" and the olive oil that "was like butter". Both were so good- but my absolute favorite was LIKE BUTTER, she was Not wrong. It's hard to find good quality olive oil that you could just sip on for nutrients if you wanted to. But the best part was pairing the olive oil with the balsamic. They imported it straight from Italy. It was like dessert (in the best way possible).
