We sat in the back, which I'd consider the restaurant side. The orders are taken in the front and there are a few tables up front that I'd consider for people just grabbing a slice or something quick. The staff was terrific and the food delicious. We like this pizza parlor because they have a super convenient app to order from. Pizza always comes fast here. They never get lost or forget about it. This has happened a few times with other places in this area. We ordered Sicilian half eggplant. Some of the toppings are only 1.75 so it makes it affordable to add on to the pie. read more

Six o'clock on a Monday night and the place was slammin'!! We just went there for slices. The slices were thin with a crispy crust. We also got two specialty slices, one margarita and one sweet chili chicken. I had to try the sweet chili chicken because I have never seen that combo before! It was excellent!! There was a large selection of different pizza types, and they all looked very fresh. We sat in the dining room towards the back and it was super clean and gave off great vibes. Love this spot! Hadn't been here since they did the remodel. Gorgeous! Got the spinach calzone- very tasty. Perhaps less cheese filling would be good. I left 1/2 on my plate, but it's lightly seasoned with garlic and Parmesan on top- which I loved. One thing that made me really happy about eating here today is they served real utensils with my food even though it was on a paper plate. Thank you for not serving me plastic ware! Pizza is good BUT Why don't the delivery guys & gals get the delivery charge? LaBistro like most pizzerias adds a $2.50 delivery charge, and keeps all of it! They dont give it to the delivery person who is using his time his car his gasoline his insurance and doesn't even get 1 cent of the delivery charge?! The pizzeria does no additional work on delivery orders and shd get ZERO part of the delivery charge and give it all to the delivery person. What sort of business practice is this? Today we catered our Christmas Lunch for 60 people from LaBistro Matt did a wonderful job in making 60 individually wrapped meals (due to Covid that was what our company's guidelines were) I told him what we needed and he went above and beyond our expectations. Food arrived on time and hot. Everyone seemed to be very happy with our meal choice. And I must say it was delicious.. This is not the 1st time we've used LaBistro but it was the 1st time during Covid and I'm happy we did. So many other establishments said they couldn't do individual meals but Matt made it happen. So my husband and I looked up pizzerias near here on our iPhone. LaBistro was the first choice. We are from NYC, so we know good pizza. We each ordered a Sicilian slice. WHAT a surprise! It was delicious. The crust was light, the cheese was fresh and the sauce was outstanding. The next day we decided to order dinner. (They have a Tuesday night take out special including dessert). This is my comfort food place as Italian food is my absolutely favorite. As I write this my son is driving to grab me a meatball parm n we grabbing a few specialty pizza sizes. My son said their fettuccine Alfredo with chicken is the absolute best and I can Rav for their lasagna and their spaghetti with meat sauce with mushrooms is Outstanding! I went for the first time this Saturday before Mother's Day. Got take out. My experience in the past with other places is that take out orders are a bit smaller then in house servings. I order from this place at least once a week and today was a complete disaster. All I ordered was sphagetti and butter for my kids, fries, and a southwest panini. Ok so the pizza is good, you don't need me to tell you that. As a courtesy to the owners I will reiterate, the pizza is great. The reason I am here is to tell you all about the outstanding delivery driver who called him self "shots". Shots has never let me down, and ever managed to deliver a pizza to me by foot after his car broke down (World Record pace 5.04 min mile, 6 miles total). Another time her actually drove to me all the way from Wading river to Smiths point! Crazy thing is the bridge was up, but luckily Shots has his corvette and b lined it up the ramp and cleared it like the dukes of Hazard. Anyways, legend has it on a dark stormy night you can still hear Shots Corvette driving in reverse with no headlights on through the back roads of North Country. read more
