When I moved to Indiana I did major research to find a lash artist that did russian volume. I am always very picky about who I chose to make me look and feel great, from hair, nails and now lashes. I did my research and the only person I felt most comfortable with and trusted was Maria. First off she's passionate about what she's doing and you can tell it makes her feel good when you feel good about her work. Second, her work speaks volumes (pun intended). Lash retention is an important factor and I had to go a bit longer than usual in between fills my first time getting it done with her, and it was GREAT. Third, in order for me to have retained my lashes for this long was also due to her educating me on how to care for them! All this aligns with someone who is going to take care of you and knows what they are doing. I used to get super long lashes and my lash girls never REALLY told me the importance of caring for them and how to do so until Maria. We discussed the best length and curl for my eyes and health of my lashes, in the end I am 10x more satisfied because she took the time to walk me through it and help me understand. Lastly, outside of being a passionate and knowledgable person about lashes, she is also a wonderful, vibrant and ambitious woman! If I am going to have to lay there for 3 hours, I couldn't have a chosen a better person to do it with. PS. At the end of my appointment when I realized I did not get the look/feel I asked for, I specifically asked if corrections could be made, including adding the longer, fuller lashes I had originally wanted. I was told that could not be done. At that point, I believed the problem was purely cosmetic. It wasn't until I sought a second opinion that I learned there were much more serious concerns. The technician who evaluated my lashes found significant issues with the isolation and adhesive application. The lashes could not be corrected or filled--they had to be completely removed less than 24 hours after getting them on. The amount of adhesive used required an extreme amount of chemical remover, and the technician documented the condition of the lashes with photographs. Based on what she observed, she advised me to request a refund due to the glue being "cemented" on, poor isolation techniques, and large chunks of glue being left on. What I find most concerning is that despite contacting Lori almost immediately, despite having the lashes on for less than 24 hours, despite needing a full removal, and despite documented concerns from another professional, I was still denied a refund. Once another professional assessed the work, it became clear the lashes needed to be removed entirely rather than "fixed." No client should have to pay for a service, then pay another professional to completely remove that service less than a day later because of concerns with the application. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility when those mistakes are brought to your attention is what ultimately prompted me to leave this review. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

But as the Keystone Fashion Mall I would be appalled and embarrassed to have such disgraceful behavior representing my brand. I came in once, to get a pedicure, and I and I was so appalled by their disgraceful level of Customer Service, that I can't believe they're still open. If you're having a good day, you should avoid this place. But if you don't care how people talk to you, and have no respect for yourself, then be their guest.
