I was charged $200 for them to fall out after 5 days and this is the second time this has happened. last time they charged me to fix them. Was treated very rudely/unprofessionally by the front desk girl when I walked in for my appt today.

This place is terrible. After getting home from getting a classic, level 2 set I got pink eye and an allergic reaction. I was in terrible pain. C called and left a message. Nobody reached out. Then I called to get a removal and they couldn't get me in until Monday. They told me to call the fishers location. But went ahead and booked an appointment. I left a message to cancel on Sunday and just got an email - they charged me for the removal even though I cancelled. Eyes are still red and itchy. I would highly recommend NOT going to this place! I've never written a bad review in my life so they really screwed up. read more

I really don't like leaving critical reviews but unfortunately after reaching out to this business multiple times with no response (to request a refund after a bad experience I had), I'm updating my review. The last time I got my brows threaded, my appt started 22 minutes late. I don't think it would've been that big of a deal had I been communicated with about what was going on; but there were no updates or apologies the entire time. I was left wondering if I should walk out or stick it out for a few more minutes. Eventually I was brought back and was in and out in literally 5 minutes. The job was not done, it was clearly a very rushed service and I had stray hairs all over. In between my brows was not touched at all, above my brows was not touched at all, and below my brows was touched but visibly incomplete. I am a very forgiving person and would've been happy had there been a reply to my emails and a refund as the service was not done properly; but thus far I've been ignored. So... I visited The Lash Lounge this past Wednesday, and it was my first time ever getting extensions put on. I was a little worried, but the staff there made my experience amazing. I had my appointment Lindsay, and she answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable! 3 days later and I have hardly shedded any lashes (maybe 3-5 total!) EDIT: initially, I was very pleased with this place. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. The day after I had my lashes done, I woke up to a TON of lashes on my pillowcase. I looked in the mirror and sure enough -- the outer corner of each eye was bare. So less than 24 hours after my lash appointment and I already had lost 1/4 of my eyelashes. It looked ridiculous. I called multiple times, and never got through so I left a voicemail and no one has reached out. This place is fairly expensive, so it's very frustrating when there isn't good customer service. After looking at the other reviews, it seems that others have had similar problems as well. I wouldn't recommend this place because it's way too much money to have lash extensions only last a couple of days ORIGINAL: Absolutely loved this place! I went in for my two week fill and most of my lashes fell out. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I've only been there 3 times. They are never able me in on their schedule. I cancelled today and the manager didn't even bother to ask why. i stopped by another lash studio today. they were incredibly nice and booked me out till January. read more

This was the second place I tried in the Indy area. The staff is very friendly but unfortunately the lashes aren't great. I tried two people here and neither were great. I had to get a fill every week because my lashes kept falling off. My last time I went in, I told her that I was coming every 5-10 days to get a fill. Well, she put on so much glue that the lashes all clumped together. So when my natural lashes started to grow, it was extremely painful. It felt like someone punched me in the eye. This picture was taken not even a week after getting that fill. When I called to cancel my upcoming appointment and membership, no one even called me back. I just received an email confirmation 5 minutes after leaving the voicemail. I do not recommend coming here. read more

Went for the first time ever to the Lash Lounge for a eyelash tint and a lift after hearing soo many good things about it. I was really exited about the procedure also it was very expensive! I waited what seemed like forever in the waiting room, nobody offered a glass of water. Then my stylist finally came, she took me to a room. I told her I never had this done before, and wanted some guidance... none offered. She taped my eyes shut. Which in itself kinda weird and not comfortable. She spent all the session talking to her friend stylish in the other room instead of trying to know me as a client. I felt more like an inconvenience to her and like she was trying to go as fast as possible to get rid of me. When she was done. She asked me to open my eyes, and my eyes where burning like hell! It was horrible. I couldn't barely open them or see. My eyes where blurry and burning. It like I had an oil film on my eyes. It's was terrible. I was in pain and she told me it was normal? She offered to rinse my eye with eye liquid but it didn't help. I had to wait couple of minutes in the waiting room until my eyes clear enough to be able to see and drive back home. To be honest I didn't see a major lash lift at all, not as much as if I use my at home lash curler. I was disappointed and in pain. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Unless you have a sadistic side and like the pain. And it's super overpriced! Especially for smearing chemical in on your eyes and sitting and doing nothing than chatting to your coworkers. Unfriendly stylist who refused to help give any input on choosing brow color. She asked question after question and when I repeatedly said "I don't know, what do you think" and even flat out asked her to help me choose, she gave NO help. I assumed she was the expert and could at least help guide me...not at all. I felt like I was a real inconvenience to her the entire time I was there. She showed up late, made no effort to get to know me as a client or help me with my choices, didn't do one of the services I requested, and couldn't get rid of me fast enough. I will not be back and would not recommend anyone go there if they're looking for a place to go as a regular. My only regret is that I tipped her well. Pleasant waiting area for a few minutes, however I waited for almost 25 minutes for my technician to come and get me even though I had an appointment. She wasn't the most welcoming but I thought maybe she had had a rough day and I wouldn't judge. However, she continued to give attitude (not in the good way) throughout the whole process of giving me my lash lift. In addition to this, she was on her phone the ENTIRE time. As for the actual procedure, it was weird but nothing too bad. All in all, I would save your money. I paid $85 for a procedure and experience that wasn't worth it. I knew there was something I was forgetting when I left early to get ready for the company Holiday party... but, I went home and happily took a nap. Woke up, showered... CRAP! I was going to get my eyebrows threaded... it had been WAY too long! I started looking for places between home and the hotel that the party was going to be at, and stumbled on The Lash Lounge. I managed to sneak in just as Katie was getting ready to leave, but she took care of me anyway. I won't say that it was super quick or painless (because when is threading EVER painless?!) but it was a "fun" time with some good conversation. Amazing place. I had been getting my lashes done elsewhere and was dissatisfied. I decided to try a new place and I will never go anywhere else. Everyone was so friendly and my technician took a lot of time explaining to me what she was doing, how to care for my lashes and made recommendations for other services I might add next time. They do more than lashes there. I am doing the lash and brow tinting with my next fill. And the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend checking them out! read more

First let me begin with the advertised price and the price you pay when you check out. The tech never said it was going to be more. I waited 40 minutes. And the tech brought the client out to front desk before me and then ask me to come back. So unless she sanitized the area you lay on with the client waiting. I really doubt it! And they want to keep your credit card on file. Even if you don't want to join there club..... The paperwork you fill out is very to the point. Its as if they will have complete control. This was a large expense of 179.00. I was leaving to go out of town for my daughters wedding. Had my lashes done on a Friday. By Sunday I had lost half of the lashes. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. So went to a different salon to have replacement. I left out of town before I could go back to the Lash Lounge. When I called they were rude. Put the blame on me for not telling the tech I wear glasses. I wear glasses 24/7. Wore them in and wore them out. They made every excuse for it being my fault. I have had lashes before. And never have they fallen out like these did. It would have been nice to have them say. We apologize how can we make it right. I asked for a refund and they refused. They offered for me to come back when I returned from my trip.... Why would I want to go to a place that is soooo rude and inconsiderate. read more

I love the Lash Lounge, Carmel location. I've been going here for almost a year. Maria does my lashes and she is fantastic!! My lashes look great every time. I get a fill every 2 or 2 1/2 weeks. This place is very clean. Maria is always on time. When I have needed to change my appointment, they always find another time that fits my schedule. Front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. I asked for a natural and even look on my eyebrows. I recently moved from NYC, where I would pop in and pop out from threading salons and they would do a quick clean up without altering the underlying look of my brow. I left this salon with an unnatural look with one eyebrow significantly shorter than the other on the inner corner of my left eye! I actually didn't even appreciate the significance of how even and unnatural the short eyebrow looked until I saw a recent pic of myself. They may be good at lashes, but don't come here for eyebrows. I'm pretty bummed, and hoping my left eyebrow grows back. read more

After being a client and a member for more than a year, I had to take a month off to care for my child. I went back (with no lashes) and they put on a full set for half price which I thought was great. Instead of using the 2 points that I had paid for and banked they charged my credit card. Ok. I thought. I'm sure I'll use those up through the year. That full set lasted less than a week. I went back and had another full set put on. Those lashes were off within a week again. I went back to cancel my membership and I wanted to get reimbursed for at least the $100 that they charged me but shouldn't have. They told me no. I've wasted $150 and loads of time. And still no lashes that stayed on for more than a week. read more

She did not make any conversation the entire time I was getting my lashes done. Also, they tried to sell a ton of additional products I did not need. When I emailed to tell them all my lashes fell out I was told they wouldn't refund me. They would allow me to come to a senior stylist but they only had daytime appointments which I could not go to because I work. Unfortunately it looks like I should have read these reviews before going here. I got lash extensions and they fell out within TWO days of getting them. Terrible. I've been getting lashes for 4 years for various places and this is the first time I've ever had this happen. I reached out to them and they first tried to blame it on me saying I put eye cream on early that morning which I didn't get my lashes done until that afternoon. Not to mention the girl doing my lashes told me it wasn't anything I did it was the "my corse lashes". She tried 3 different adhesives. Still had me pay and then when I asked for my money back because clearly their products don't work for me they wouldn't respond back and give me my money back just offered to have me come back for another set???? When they say their "adhesives do not work with my lashes". Why would I want my lashes done by them again if this happened the first time? Never have had this issue before and will not return. What a waste of $120 and am frustrated I lost every single lash after 2 days and they will not give me my money back and want to blame it on me. Do NOT go here. read more
