The wax was warmed in a reusable pen-type tool, that was stationed in one of the most unclean stations I've seen. There was wax everywhere and quite frankly, I'm surprised I didn't get an infection. There was even someone else in the lounge waiting for a service, as it sounded like the employee she made her appointment with ran very late. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Solomon was my back up and I went in one day and we chatted for a moment and that's how I discovered they were siblings. It's crazy how things come full circle.
