The cupping, which was my very first experience, didn't hurt at all, which was what I was quietly panicking about, but I will say for the day after, and the day after that, my body really felt like it went through the ringer! It's really a whole body detoxifying process that I was very open minded to, would get it again, if I ever allow my back to get this messed up. Anyway, something was said in their native tongue. She knew I asked for 60 mins only, because she was able to proclaim "ohhh, why" in English.
