Hi Siyuan, I'm thinking of getting a 5-6 hour massage here. I have seen a few bad reviews however. When I called to book an appointment the masseuse who picked up the phone kept cutting me off and wouldn't listen to what I was asking her first before I booked my appointment. I am a customer and customers questions must be answered first for clarification as it is rude to not allow a guest to ask for clarification in the first place. There are a few things I need to have clarified. 1. Are abdominal (belly) massages included with the massages? I need this included. 2. What types of facials and body scrubs are offered? 3. Will the massage therapists actually follow exactly what I tell them to do for the massage? Thanks. Please respond and answer clearly. read more

This place is very sketchy. The Asian lady put in her own tip more than I told her I would give her and pretended it was all sales tax. The massage was terrible. She used her dry hands and nails to just rub her hands up and down the entire time. read more

What the hell did I experience and was charged 3x the normal rate! I've been here once before and really enjoyed my massage hence returning a 2nd time. Biggest mistake. I knew 5 minutes in this was an error. I paid to get oil lathered on my body. I definitely know the masseuse is NOT certified based on her technique or lack of. She rubbed my body in oil for 45 min and for 15 min she massaged the same right arm over and over. I was convinced she was on drugs or something preventing her to recall what she just did. Throughout this experience she kept pausing for 5 seconds for 1 hour. At the end of the hour asked if I wanted to stay for an additional 30 minutes because.....to no surprise she didn't finish. I was a fool and stood and shockingly the experience for the last additional 30 min was much better than the whole hour. Never returning. Something is off here. read more

Do yourself a favor and don't come here. I asked for a woman and they tried to give me a man. They charged me double the sales tax and a 3% fee for using Amex. Kept asking me to to pay in cash. Very sketchy! read more

I had such a nice facial I purchased through last pass here and added on a 15 minute shoulder massage with Mia* -and I'm definitely coming back. First of all it was super affordable, secondly she did such a great job and had such a good energy about her. I also overheard somebody else leaving their massage with Nena* who sang her praises and magic hands. Apparently since they're in a land marked building they can't advertise too much outside, so I wanted to write a review bc they deserve all the business! Mia was so warm and welcoming and I 100% fell asleep during the facial I was so relaxed. Make sure to bring cash for payment/tip. read more

I've been getting tui-na/no frills massages for many years at this point, and the two times I've been here have just been "meh." I've received a full hour back massage and a full hour foot massage. Both times, the women did not have a good sense of where the important "trigger" points are, and did not adjust anything based on my requests for harder or softer. They just did not have a good intuitive sense and it didn't seem like they cared. Also, no music plays in the room, so you can literally hear yourself and the other person breathing awkwardly. I left feeling really dissatisfied and frustrated at the money I had just spent. I wanted this place to work out because it's down the block, but in the future, I'll take the 10 minute walk to Smith Street for a better massage. read more

NOT SO GREAT I went to the Day spa to get my facial done. I did the Christina Facial but even the next day I see no difference. Its pure waste of money. They did not do proper face massage also. She did not work on white heads and black heads until I tell her, also incomplete job. Mine is a normal skin tone but my face became so dry after the facial. Had a great deep tissue massage and 30 minutes reflexology foot massage it was a great massage! Relieved all my physical stress.

Just came back from and hour deep tissue massage. Which they kindly broke up into a 30mins back massage and a 30mins foot massage. I have been in alot of foot pain this past week. Walking has been very painful for me. I have an upcoming podiatrist appt but I decided that I would try to get a foot massage to see if it would help. An immediate difference it did make!!!!!! This is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. I had four knee surgeries in college and still play soccer. Ping has saved my career. She is an expert at pressure points and after a few visits she has healed my knee pain as well as my lower back stiffness. They are open late so it's always easy to get an session. I highly recommend as the most relaxing and therapeutic massage in the neighborhood. read more

This is a no-frills spot that is inexpensive and of high-quality. I live in the area and come here for a massage once a month. It's great.
