After I inquired about my order, a heavy-set woman brushed me off, fanning her hand dismissively and walking away while saying they were short-staffed. No one would give me their names. Another customer advised me not to leave until I spoke with someone, as the behavior demonstrated was unacceptable. The night manager, a Black woman with short hair, was rude and seemed to need more training in dealing with the public. I have decided not to patronize this establishment again.
