The truck that is almost always there is Bays Wings. Mojo Cafe used to post up every day as well, but I haven't seen them in a minute. You can find some random trucks, lots of Latino type stuff. Hot dogs sometimes. It's a gamble. It's 100% out side on a busy street where people drive like complete fools. So it isn't the best place to enjoy a meal and your surroundings to say the least.
