I've gone to her multiple times over the years. Her work is impeccable. When I moved here in 2006 I needed someone to take some clothes in. I look through the yellow pages and I found her just recently. She took two pair of slacks for me. I go in try them on. She knows exactly what to do and it's complicated work. It's more than just taking them in at the waist and depending on style and pattern, it just can't cut if you don't know what you're doing and she does. I highly recommend her. She's a little pricey, but i her expertise and knowledge is worth every penny. The way she cut the pants you can't even tell and they still moved and flowed when I walk.

(Also, they won't accept returns for wrong size; only for damage.) So I needed this dress to fit, and it was small. My boobs were nearly falling out, too tight and too low. In just one fitting where he pinned the hem and the shoulders up, he had enough to do a major overhaul and resizing! He added green lace to give space on the sides, took out the pads for the boobs, added corset boning to give structure, and pulled the shoulders up a bit! Check out the before an after photos. By the end none of the five shirt sleeves are the same length, they vary wildly. I didn't want to come back a third time as to not embarrass everyone and I don't have the time to drive all the way there again. These shirts are so expensive costing over $150 per shirt and I can't risk having them damage them. Money is not the issue for me but poor craftsmanship is... you get what you pay for. Take your business elsewhere where the quality of work is higher even if the prices are higher.

Picked up and the dress hem was crooked, puckered and open on the ends. The shoulders were crooked as well and did not lay flat. Was told I had to discuss my concerns with the owner. She refused to help or give me my money back- now here is why I am really leaving this review- she grabbed my receipt out of my hand and started ripping it up. I told her I felt forced to leave a bad review and she threatened to get her lawyer- yelling at me that all of this was on camera. Stunned. Poor work and even worse customer service. Essentially, cutting the dress would cause all the beads to unravel. We talked through any options - we had only 1. Either create darts and "rouche" the dress on the sides (which would change the look entirely) or just leave it long and deal with it. The dress was lined, so I asked her to take up the liner. It was $30, which I suppose is good for her time, but in retrospect I probably could have done it myself for free at the library. The liner isn't visible, so it didn't need to be professionally done. We left it long. I dealt with it.
