Communication with Carlos was excellent, and everything we talked about was taken care of. In addition to the cleaning, he also installed some downspout strainers, and did some minor roof patching, including picking up the needed materials, which saved me from having to hire a roofer to come out for a very small job. I'll definitely hire them again for gutter cleaning. I didn't have them wash windows, but got a quote with him (competitive), and will probably have them do that job later.
