We have done clear lights as well as the holiday style (red, green, white) and get compliments each year from neighbors and passers by! (We like a clean aesthetic so I don't know how much styling they can do if you like to be extra on your display, so you'll have to ask!) They are easy to schedule, very communicative, and get the job done in about 2 hours with a crew of about 4 dudes. They also do free maintenance in case a bulb comes undone due to heavy weather! It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

They wore booties inside my home, were very careful moving furniture as needed, and treated my house with so much care. I have 69 windows (they count by panes!), and they did an absolutely incredible job. They cleaned the inside, outside, tracks, and screens, and the results are beautiful. The amount of time, care, and attention to detail Mario and Ernesto put into this job made it worth every penny. They truly took their time and made sure every detail was done beautifully. Always wanted to get them done and other businesses were booked out till winter with no availability. Woke up one morning, and thought we definitely need to get our windows cleaned so I contacted several businesses and Golden State window responded within 15 minutes. He said he had a slot open for late afternoon and the price was so fair and reasonable. I couldn't refuse. Jose and the crew came out cleaned 33 windows inside and out including scrubbing, wiping and vacuuming the inside tracks. We were so pleased with the service, we decided to go with Jose and replace all 33 screens as well. He even installed metal tabs so we can easily lift the screens out as needed. The job began on Wednesday and was completed by the following Monday. I actually got a call back three days later from another company, but they were too late. As the saying goes, the early bird gets the worm! Kudos to Jose and Golden State Window Cleaning. I appreciate the hustle and work ethic. Highly recommended!!!
