We first met Victor to get a quote for removing popcorn ceiling and painting the inside and outside of our house. After chatting with him and em getting photos of his work, we brought the team in to do that plus 3 complete bathroom and a kitchen remodel, rebuild a garage, rework a deck and fence and so much more. The two bathrooms were remodeled (for the master bath the corner vanity was changed and made it square, the plumbing and electrical was adjusted ). Victor came to see about a leaking ceiling. He was on time and a great communicator. With his help, we found the problem, a leak in the roof - he recommended a roofer who was great. Once that was taken care of, we could repair the leak, buckling wall and moulding, and make everything look new. He sent over Christian to do the work. He was respectful, friendly, careful and kind. From the estimate to the completion of the job, they were spot on. They use a great paint and prepped the house. It had been almost 25 years since I last painted. I cried with joy when I got home. They hung our storm doors, and switched out one of our old doors for a beautiful new door. I have so much work to do left regarding landscaping and fences but I need to build up the funds. Once that's done, I want them to build an open structure out front that allows us to visit with our neighbors but has solar panels on the roof. I have to save some funds for that, too. We closed on our new home in Brentwood and we wanted all interiors be painted and some repairs done before we move in. We gave ourselves a tight deadline of 10 days to finish everything. I can't say enough good things about Victor and his team. They expertly painting the entire interior of my home in only 4 days (took extra time because i have a ton of crap that they skillfully shifted around the room as they went). Not only that, but they supplied all materials and did a number of handy projects with it - putting in new baseboards throughout the entire house (and painting them), running tv cords through the wall so no more unsightly cords hanging and drywalled and finished a gaping hole in the wall where we tore out an unnecessary door frame. Not to mention they fixed a medicine cabinet that was coming off the wall and replaced a windowsill that was broken too. They put things back as the walls dried and even hung pictures back on the walls after! The whole team was respectful and cleaned up every day.
