It is very obvious from the unsatisfactory appearance that your employee lied to me and never applied the primer. Moreover, the cause for drywall tape bubbling or cracking is almost always not enough mud under the tape or too much mud on top. This was not the professional job I expected.

Throughout the project, Filipe kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what the team would be working on each day and what was planned for the following day. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. We received several other bids, many of which were nearly double the price Pasion Painting quoted. After seeing the finished product, I can honestly say those higher-priced painters couldn't have delivered a better result to justify charging so much more. Hopefully, they don't raise their prices after seeing this review. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exterior painting.

I can't say enough good things about David and the team at Paintmasters. We had a hole in our…read morewall/ceiling that a plumber had to cut open to fix some water damage, and we needed someone reliable to come repair and repaint it seamlessly. From the first call, David was responsive and easy to work with -- he scheduled us quickly and clearly explained what the job would involve. The work itself was excellent. You genuinely cannot tell there was ever a hole there -- the patch, texture, and paint match are flawless. David and his crew were professional, tidy, and clearly take real pride in their craft. What stood out most was how honest they were about pricing. No upselling, no surprise charges, no nickel-and-diming -- just fair, transparent pricing for quality work. In a world where so many transactions feel rushed and impersonal, it was refreshing to work with a small business owner who actually cares about doing the job right. We will absolutely be using Paintmasters for any painting or repair needs in the future, and I'd recommend them to anyone in the Concord area without hesitation. Thanks again, David -- great work!
