My mom wanted to paint her house and we set up appointments to get quotes from 4 different companies. Steve provided my mom a bid with a list of everything that would be done, explained things to her and it was quick and simple. Other companies were a bit way too much for what my mom wanted to do, although nice to be aware of other options but it wasn't what she wanted and the quote was double to triple what Steve quoted. Steve was able to schedule out 3-4 weeks for our paint job, he called a couple days before to let us know when he'd be out. First day was power wash and walk through of what colors my mom wanted and where each color would go specifically. My mom is pretty agreeable to anything and she was going to let Steve decide but he told her "I want you to be happy with it." I appreciated that, shows he wanted his customer to be satisfied and not just get the job done. Steve's team did everything he said would be done, made sure to cover and mask off everything. Walk through was done and only a few little spots my mom wanted touched up and Steve took care of it. My mom enjoyed talking to his team and they appreciated it as well. Very satisfied customer, thanks Steve + team! read more

All Access Painting is our go to for painting projects, and we've had a great experience working with Steve and his team. Their quotes are accurate and fair, and Steve and his crew are always respectful, helpful, and easy to work with. We've completed several large projects with them, most notably renovating our building's outdated hallways and repainting our garage. As the resident manager for the building, I worked directly with Steve to coordinate projects around residents, unit turnovers, and our tight scheduling needs. He has painted cabinets in multiple units, along with walls and any other painting project we've needed with great quality. Steve and his crew are reliable and do a great job working around our schedule while making sure the work is done right. Their communication and flexibility have made coordinating projects easy on my end. We highly recommend! read more

I originally hired All Access Painting through Yelp's project request system for a complete exterior repaint of my home, including the trim and entry area. The business has a verified license and strong reviews, so I expected a professional, well-executed job. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the start, there were issues with preparation and masking -- several areas were not properly covered, leading to paint bleed, overspray, and uneven lines. The paint coverage was inconsistent, with visible thin spots and missed sections that had to be pointed out repeatedly. The company returned three separate times to fix problems, but each visit revealed new issues that still weren't fully resolved. Even after all the follow-ups, the final result remains substandard. There are areas with bubbling and poor adhesion that suggest improper surface prep, and overall the finish lacks uniformity. Communication was polite, but the repeated callbacks and the need to constantly monitor quality made the process frustrating and time-consuming. For the cost and time involved, I expected far better workmanship. While the team made efforts to correct problems, the job ultimately fell short of professional standards, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience. read more

Steve from All Access Painting was professional from the start! He showed up on time and prepared to walk the project. They did an impeccable job! I couldn't have asked for anything better. I have major respect for Steve's company and his level of work and professionalism. The communication was great which is so important in this industry. I look forward to using them again on my next project! read more

Steve and his team did a great job on our house and they are nice guys! They used the type of paint we requested on the walls and did a beautiful job on the contrasting trim. Steve and his crew were great. They were very punctual showing up Monday morning exactly when they told me they would and got to work as soon as they arrived. Steve and his crew immediately addressed any and all of my concerns throughout the two day process. They went as far as covering the car parked in the street and tried to cover my neighbor's car. My neighbor decided to move their car instead. Steve's team covered all parts of the house that were not being painted, they also covered the plants and the sidewalks around the house. The Friday before starting to paint Steve's crew power washed the stucco so the new paint had a clean surface to adhere to. At the end of the second day they cleaned up everything leaving my yard cleaner than it was to start with. The paint Steve used was top quality, not the contractor's grade. Lastly The price was very fair. I feel that I received outstanding quality for a bargain price. read more

I thoroughly researched, interviewed and received bids from three of the top yelp reviewed painting companies servicing my area. All Access Painting had the highest review level and lowest bid (by far) of the three companies. When All Access Painting finished the job their price the exact amount of the bid to the penny. And, when a sprinkler went off before the paint was fully dry on the deck, Steve, the owner absorbed that cost and repainted it. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Steve was prompt in providing a thorough penny exact estimate and offered helpful suggestions on color choices and finishes that perfectly suited the style of my home. He made sure the colors matched the HOA requirements. He was very good at communicating, clear, concise, to the point and very helpful. The prep work was meticulous. They took great care to protect landscaping, windows, and other surfaces, leaving the work area clean and tidy at the end of each day. The job was completed on schedule, and the transformation of my mother's home's exterior is remarkable. I highly recommend All Access Painting for anyone needing high-quality exterior painting. Their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail truly set them apart. I'll definitely be hiring them again for future painting projects! read more

We recently had our house painted by Steve and his crew and we're very satisfied with their work. They were professional, showed up on time and offered a reasonable cost, quite a bit lower than other estimates. They were careful in taping and prepping, as well as covering the ground so there were no drips or splatter. The cleanup was good as well. We chose a white paint to cover a brown/tan paint, and tho they did an extra coat there are deep pockets in the stucco in some places that need more paint, which we are working on ourselves. Overall it turned out beautiful. Highly recommend and would use them again. read more

All Access Painting transformed the exterior of my dull beige house into a beautiful, vibrant abode. Steve Tomsic, the owner, was courteous, punctual, and completed the project to my absolute satisfaction. He and his team moved necessary patio furniture and plants. Then, when the project was finished, they put everything back in place and they cleaned up all of the materials. The total price for three colors and everything that the project entailed, was amazingly fair. It was actually lower than the estimates that I received from multiple other companies. I would highly recommend All Access Painting to friends and neighbors. read more

All I can say is WOW! Steve at All Access Painting and his crew came through way better than I could have expected! I had a very large house that needed sanding, sealing and painting, and was in bad repair after 20 years since it was painted. I got estimates from around 10 different painting companies, and they ranged between $23,0000, and $35,0000, so that was the very high amount that I was trying to come to terms with having to pay to bring the house back to normal. The difference in price was so large with Steve at All Access Painting that instinctively I was worried that it was a low ball bid to get in the door, and then they would find a bunch of things that ended up being "extra", and I even had him come out a second time to go over everything again and make sure it was included and that there would be no surprises. Well, there wasn't any bad surprises but I was extremely surprised by the price, efficiency, and painting skill of the crew, 4 of which have been painting with Steve for 30 years! They all knew their job and worked like clockwork and painted this entire house, more than one coat, in 5 days! They did an absolute stupendous job, and these are the pictures. There was one other thing that he did that was above and beyond the call of duty, that helped us, and another place who had done work for us. Apparently he was just going to use long poles from the roof to paint the tallest parts of our house, but I had been having an enormous amount of trouble getting another company I had hired to come and finish running their cables in the tallest part of our house, and Steve decided to rent a lift, something that was NOT in their contract, in order to make it possible for the other place to come finish the cables, which helped them, me, and then he'd use the lift too, since that was easier than long poles. He didn't have to rent it. He decided to do it because it solved these two other problems. The other company was then able to get the work done for a chip in of $100 without renting the lift themselves for the normal $500 per day. WIN WIN! And my house looks BEAUTIFUL! I'm so happy with the quality of the work and the price we paid! I cannot describe effectively how incredibly happy I am that I found All Access Painting. I have them coming back very soon to do some indoor work as well. THANK YOU STEVE! He painted our house beautifully for less than $10,000. Also I just realized that I am actually pretty far outside his company's service area! Thanks Steve, for making the trip too! read more

Steve and his team are amazing, on time, professional and extremely detailed. They painted several rooms in our home, our Dining Room, Living Room and Daughters bathroom. All three came out beautifully, they covered and protected all other surfaces and made sure to clean up after they were done. They did such a great job that we hired them to paint our cabinets. They arrived on time, protected every single surface in our kitchen, including our floor and appliances. The took off our cabinet knobs and doors and made sure to label everything. Chewy was here three days painting the cabinet bases and was extremely meticulous, he took his time and really made sure it was perfect. Steve took our cabinets to his shop and when they came back, they were absolutely flawless. We couldn't be happier with how gorgeous our kitchen looks. Our kitchen looks like something out of a magazine. read more

All Access Painting did a tremendous job on our 3500-square-foot home. Steve and his team were timely, professional, quiet, clean, and priced right. I am a stickler for details so I bugged him about a dozen times about various issues prior to him painting the house and he was super friendly and helpful the entire time. He even came out afterward to touch up some spots with his guys, and even spotted a couple of very minor imperfections himself. Unfortunately for me, I realized a couple of very minor touch up spots after they left :( Regardless, a true 5 star experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

Great guys. Owner is very helpful and helped me pick colors. They finished on time and did a great job. My house looks very nicely painted.

These guys know what they are doing. We needed our home painted and we had some issues with some wood around our home. We asked for multiple bids. They are competitive. The army of All Access Painting arrived. Unbelievable, Steve and his crew are a well oiled machine. They did a tremendous job. Most of his crew have been working for more then 20 years together. Our home looks amazing now. We also asked them if they could paint and repair our fencing. They agreed and another tremendous job done! Thank you, thank you and thank you. We will call you again. We wish that we had 30 homes so we can see them more often. Fantastic experience! read more

All Access Painting - Dream Team - Steve and his crew walked around our home for the final touch ups - Painters Near Me

On time, professional, and thorough. Steve and the team made sure we were happy with the results. Our house looks great - Thank you!

We put off painting for years, so our house was pretty shabby by the time we hired Steve to paint for us. He gave us a reasonable estimate for a two-story house plus staining our redwood deck. Steve and Chewie (probably not the way he spells it) showed up bright and early on a Monday (after power washing the entire thing the Friday before), then worked into the hot, hot afternoon. Finished by Wednesday at noon with the main color and the trim plus the deck. They covered and taped everything before starting and removed all the coverings when they finished. Even replaced the plants on the front porch. An A+ job from a really nice guy. read more

Best price of three offers, by a significant amount, to get the outside of our home painted. Got the job done in two days, beautiful work!!

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job on painting our residential exterior! And for half the price of two other quotes we got, using the same Kelly Moore paint. All my interactions with Steve were pleasant and although he may be hard to get a hold of, he would always respond to my voicemail within 1 day. The job took only 1.5 days for our two-story 2800 sq ft home. They showed up on time bright and early and didn't mess around. Steve obviously takes pride in his work because he was constantly watching his crew, inspecting everything to make sure it was perfect. They obviously work very well together and know what they are doing! We are so happy with how our new exterior looks. As the neighbor said- "it's a brand new house!" Thanks Steve and crew!! read more

All Access Painting did a wonderful job on our home, from start to finish. I highly recommend them. To begin with, the free estimate was done quickly, pleasantly, and very honestly. We walked around the house, and I pointed out everything that we wanted done. I received some practical suggestions based on their extensive experience, and a very fair price, in my opinion. We agreed upon a date during my follow-up phone call that was several weeks in advance, because they are pretty busy during the summer time. I can see why. When I asked how long the entire job would take, I was very surprised to hear Steve say it would take only two days. Amazingly, he was right! Steve explained very patiently everything that would happen, and even provided a checklist to help us prepare. On the first day, Steve and his crew arrived as promised around 6:30 AM to power wash the entire house. They were done within a few hours. On the next day, they again arrived around 6:30 AM and began by taping the entire house very carefully to prepare for spraying. They were very considerate about us going in and out of the house, and were very accepting of me talking to them throughout the entire process. Even though they were working very hard, and it got pretty hot that day, they were very polite and friendly the whole time. They put on two coats of very high quality paint, and then proceeded to do the trim. As they work their way around the house, I discovered that they had been working together for more than twenty years, so they really know what they're doing! By the time late afternoon rolled around, they were cleaning up and Steve did a walk-through with me. I confess that I was pretty picky, although Steve was extremely patient and fixed every little thing that I could find. About an hour later, they loaded up their equipment and finished in two days as promised! I felt that the cost was extremely reasonable, and our whole family was very pleased with the results. I can't say enough about how polite and friendly Steve and his crew were the whole time they were working. I highly recommend them for your next exterior or interior painting project. I believe that you can trust them and depend on them to give you an excellent value for your hard-earned money, and to do a great job! read more
