Adam and his co-worker did an amazing job at our home, hand washing and shining up all 45+ windows, French doors and sliding glass door. His attention to detail is impeccable. They started out by vacuuming the spaces between the screen and windows, removed and cleaned all screens, replaced a few of the extremely frayed screens (extra cost but totally worth it!), cleaned all windows indoor and outdoor and more (replaces railing on a window that wouldn't stay open, also extra cost but again needed to be done and glad we had him do it!). Adam and Jim are excellent at what they do, have a fantastic work ethic and both very pleasant and accommodating. We were getting the windows washed before our whole house inspection in preparation for a move (our realtor told us that sometimes when the windows are dirty, inspectors document that they need to be replaced when in actuality they just need to be cleaned. i.e. The dirt can look like fog in the window itself.). Not only did they clean the windows (and on very short notice), they replaced screens ($5 to $15 depending on the window size), alerted us to broken tracks (the windows would not stay up when lifted) and fixed them for a very reasonable price. I am very picky and one window had some spots and Adam apologized, kindly thanked me for letting him know and promptly arranged a time to come back and re-address. I called for an estimate & told him the number of windows I had in my 2 story house and he gave me a price over the phone, which was worth every penny! They arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the inside, outside, tracks and screens. Several of my screens were torn and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they could also re-screen them. He brought back the re-screens & installed them the following day. Before he left, I pointed out a couple of windows that looked like he forgot to put the screens back on. I'm embarrassed to say they all had screens. I called and was told the price would be $250 to clean the second story gutters on my house, only the second story since my husband was able to reach the first story ones and remove bird poop that had collected into the gutters. We set up a time and date, the night before I got a call and was told they were going to be late and would come at 11am instead of 9, the next day they called 5mins before 11am and said that they were going to be late again about 15mins, they finally showed up an hour later only to tell me that they didn't have the right equipment and would be unable to do the job that day, I rescheduled for the next week, and then when he finished he told me the cost would be an extra $50, which he didn't tell me before he finished the work and when I asked him about it he said that he didn't think it was going to be as much work as it was and that it cost more, again he never told me before or while he was doing the work, when I told him I only had $250 in cash on me he said that he would bill me the other $50, and didn't provide any recipe or pictures of the completed work!!! Would not hire him again and will not recommend to anyone I know!!! read more

I had Adam clean the windows, screens, tracks and blinds of a rental property we own in Fairfield. The windows had not been cleaned since they were installed four years ago so everything needed a thorough cleaning. Adam did an excellent job. The tenants reported the windows are streak free and the tracks, screens and blinds are now dust free and sparkling. The property also has an enclosed sun room with windows on three sides. Two sides are shutter/slat style so difficult to clean. They also came out great. Adam also repaired screens for the next door neighbor and she said they did an excellent job.
