I felt as though she thought I was trying to scam the store, which is a very unsettling feeling. It was very embarrassing for less than $8. I really have no interest in the card or shopping there anymore. I feel like it will be a hassle to redeem rewards also.

Everything you buy from an outlet location is not returnable nor can be returned for store credit. They have a bunch of clothes on sale for both women and men's, with all sizes typically available. Staff is nice but find them to be not as helpful as regular store locations. Pro tip: If you are ever eyeing any of their products that is not in the color white or black, they will most likely be found on sale after about 3 weeks of being released. Though some of their black leggings or shirts can be found in store on sale, usually invigorate leggings-- one of their least popular style of legging but not sure why. They are actually quite comfortable.

This location had, at the time I visited, a great selection of various bottoms, all on clearance, in sizes over 12. The super friendly and helpful salesperson I interacted with, Kayla, told me that the store regularly receives shipments of larger sizes. I imagine this may be since either many people don't know that Lululemon now offers them or, as I suspect, folks boycotted them back in the day when the Founder and others associated with their company made some derogatory remarks about how women's bodies should conform to fit the pants rather than vice versa. Also, there were media reports of store associates being told to hide any double digit sizes in the back because it doesn't look good for their image. I remember those days and feeling judged when my then size 12ness walked into a store. Well, I am happy to report that things have changed because I felt very welcome and comfortable in the store. My interaction with the staff here was superb and genuinely nice. I haven't worn their pants in a long time (the only to size 12 era) but I was excited to walk out the store with three pairs of leggings. Note that all items are final sale but they do allow you to try them on. Also, the reusable bags with purchase are awesome! I still have some from circa 2010 that I use regularly. I also love their mats, mat towels and yoga bags. Everything I have had from them has been high quality and I still use my mat bag I bought in 2014 regularly and it's looks as good as when I bought it.

With all of the heavy-duty stuff they sell, you'd expect the temperature to be a little over the normal here. But both the most current time, and the only other time I've visited this store, it's been STIFLING hot both times and not shoppable. It's like you're in an oven and trapped until you finally reach the exit. The store is small, busy, claustrophobic, and the wooden furniture they use to display products are all damaged, scraped, and some even have "rude" things written into them. Staff are friendly, and I do like the products they sell, but this store has two major things to work on. Fix the thermostat and take out 25% of the clothing and open the store up so the constant "excuse me" to others is much less present.
