I had been a customer since 2015 when Anthony was behind the desk, but Miguel is unfortunately a different story. Doesn't care about customer rapport, quotes outrageous prices for simple jobs, and never picks up the phone or returns phone calls. I haven't had a call answered or a voicemail returned in over a year. If you're able to get through, the work done by Will and Justin is top notch, but you may be faced with an exorbitantly inflated price tag by Miguel. Very unfortunate but I have no other choice than to find a new mechanic, because communication has been one-way for too long and trust has been eroded.

Karl said it was a good car, my wife and I decided to believe him, and we're happy that we did. You might be reading this review (and others like it) wondering how such positive reviews can be real.
