I rode my bicycle by the shop two weeks later and seen my vehicle out front with zero work done. I called the following Monday and an employee told me that the owner was on vacation and he was the only one there and hadn't started my vehicle and wouldn't be starting it for a day or two. He informed me that the owner got back Thursday and he didn't know why he would schedule me for a repair while he was gone. They started the work this past Tuesday and finished today on Friday November 14th,a total of four days work. When I asked the owner if it was typical to schedule repairs with a customer only to go on vacation and leave their vehicle in the yard for two weeks before even being touched, he got defensive. When I told him I found it strange that four days worth of work required me to be without my vehicle for 21 days. He told me not to tell him how to run his business. This guy Mike Mercurio was more than unprofessional and clearly a dishonest sneak, who is ready to retire and wants to cash out as much as he can beforehand. BEWARE. Go anywhere else this guy will give you 100 excuses. Meanwhile, he's on vacation leaving his other employee alone with a full schedule is the real reason. Dishonest and full of excuses. Avoid this place.
