Don showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and how he would fix it. He was very knowledgeable and he teaches at the Audi University so he knows what he's talking about. What I like about him is his attention to details, for example, when he replaced the brakes, he would paint the component (don't know the name of the part!) so it won't get rusted. He also cleaned my engine and vacuum all the leaves. I was going to ride my bike to pick up the car but it was too cold, so he sent his mechanic to pick me up. His pricing was fair, much much more reasonable than a dealer, and I much rather support a local small business. They will go the extra mile for their customers and I would highly recommend them if you have a European car. You know those driving machines, they need a lot TLC :-).

He did the brakes for less than half the price the dealership quoted me, but also told me that he doesn't do tires (and gave recommendations where to get them done). Bill was easy to work with. They got 4 new Michelin's on site the next morning and had the vehicle finished when they said it would. I am very particular about my vehicles. I have a Yukon Denali with 22" rims. They are chrome plated so they had internal correction due to the galvanic combination of the aluminum, chrome and steel in the tire. I was also loosing pressure at the bead. They prepped the surface as good as new. Zero scratches on the rims. The vehicle rides like glass at 85 MPH. That (in my opinion) is the true sign of technical mastery. I hate when I had tire service in the past and the vehicle is shaking at 55 MPH and you have to go back for rebalancing. Love Scotty's
