It's a…read moreMercedes Sprinter, and it's his only transport as it's equipped with a lift and all the stuff needed to accommodate his wheelchair. I had searched all of Spokane for a detailer who would tackle such a big vehicle, and finally found The Spokane Shop. I was a little concerned when I found the place was located behind a home in a garage, but it was the only place I had found who would take on the Sprinter, so I plunked down a substantial amount of cash and went for it. Fast forward to late August when we finally got the van free for a couple days and brought it in. The guys were super friendly, and cautioned me up front that it would take a couple of days because the vehicle was so big. I had pretty high hopes when I looked at the sports car all shiny out in front of their place, and hoped they would give that degree of detail to an old wheelchair van. Well, it actually took two and a half days, but when I saw the finished product my jaw dropped. This van has NEVER looked so good! It was stunningly clean and waxed, and they had hyper cleaned the interior. They also threw in a headlight polishing (that wasn't included in my package), and tail light polishing, and replaced two interior light bulbs that were out. And cleaned the filter on the rooftop AC unit. None of that was part of the original deal, yet they didn't charge me any extra. They wanted to show me what they'd done, they were so proud of their work (and deservedly so), and yet they were also very respectful of the vehicle. They took their shoes off when they climbed inside!!! These guys have earned my business from now on. I've got other cars...

I was only expecting him to do the inside which had a lot of dog hair from the previous owner. Bottom line: inside, outside and even the engine looked brand new! Showroom quality workmanship. I will be bringing my other two vehicles up to Jeff for him to work his magic! Thank you, Jeff! Exceptional work!!!

He is unwilling to admit or accept responsibility for my vehicle now being two tone. When the sun is out my car appears to be goldish on the driver's side and is a silver metallic on the rest of the vehicle. He first stated that he removed my fender and sent it to a paint specialist to be matched. Later he stated that there were 8 options for my paint code for which, in my opinion, he clearly chose the wrong one. In addition to the run down the driver's door and lack clear coat on the fender jam he billed my insurance for things including the blending of the hood. You can clearly see from the pictures that no blending was done. I am attaching pictures of some of his work. The final picture is from the prior year when the passenger side was painted in Long Beach, WA and they matched the color perfectly. Jay was a pleasant man to work with until there was a problem. He failed to repair part of the damage and told me it was not from the accident but from me removing fender flares. However I still have the original receipt from the purchase of this vehicle from the factory and at no time has it ever had fender flares. Even his own invoice states this. At this point it is going to cost me thousands to fix his mistake. This has been extremely disappointing to say the very least.

They were able to remove about 80% of the scratches and blemishes and it looked great. However, the treatment they used on all the black plastic looked great but as it has washed away there is a white haze on the plastic. This usually happens when polish and/or wax are put on the plastic which anyone that details knows you don't do as it will leave a white haze and it is very difficult to remove if it can be removed. So in short, the result after 30 days has made the car look worse than it did to begin with. I normally do my own detailing but had neck surgery so that is not something I was physically up to doing.
