When I declined, 5 minutes later all of a sudden the guy found a coupon for it and could give both to me for only $20. Then come to find out my bill was $137 with the oil change and the two filters. The total should have been $80 after the discount they gave me applied. If you're going for an oil change, I suggest rolling your window up and only talk to them when they ask you to pay for the service otherwise you'll get every suggestion under the sun and over charged for all of it.
