I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

After several fires in my neighborhood were caused by aging circuit breaker boxes, I decided to…read morehave mine inspected for possible replacement. After a disappointing first quote experience with another electrical service, I asked around about who I could trust. Sarah & Family was recommended to me and I set up an appointment for them to come take a look at my box. From the start Sarah and Ryan were friendly, professional, and explained everything about the condition of my box. It turned out that at some point water had caused rust inside the electrical panel and had rusted out a lot of the inner components. It was clear that a replacement was needed (and add to it that the box was 40 years old!) After Sarah provided a quote that was thousands of dollars cheaper than my first quote, I booked them to replace my box. Ryan and his young apprentice arrived on time and prepared to get the work done quickly (which was welcomed since I wouldn't have power all day and it was 100° outside). They did an excellent job of installation and I was very pleased with the look of the new box and how they cleaned up my basement area so quickly at the end. I highly recommend Sarah & Family and have told my neighbors and HOA president that anyone in need of a similar service should give them a call. This is an easy 5/5 stars!

Since we were unsure who to hire, we chose Sarah Family Electrical Company based on a recommendation--and we are so glad we did. From the start, their professionalism stood out. They arrived in identifying uniforms, which immediately gave us a sense of security. They came fully prepared and began with a walkthrough, carefully identifying all the areas listed in the proposal. Ryan patiently answered all of our questions--even though we asked quite a few--without ever making us feel rushed, annoyed, or like an inconvenience. He and his apprentice worked throughout our home with precision and communicated using walkie-talkies instead of shouting from room to room, which we truly appreciated. They clearly understood the assignment and executed it flawlessly. We are extremely grateful and happy with the results. Not only did they complete everything listed in the inspection report, but they also offered thoughtful recommendations that made perfect sense. If we hadn't just purchased our new home, we would have taken Ryan's advice immediately. We will absolutely be calling him again for any future electrical needs. If you are looking for a qualified electrician with experience and professionalism to match, give Sarah Family Electrical Company a call--you won't be disappointed. Thank you for helping make our home safe for years to come. We would also like to recognize Ryan's apprentice who worked with him today. She was amazing--polite, skilled, and impressive. Yes, I said SHE! You made us proud. Keep up the great work--you rock! Thank You both again. Daniel and Sharon Ricketts

The electrician was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I was a bit shocked at the hourly rate, $175/hour seems excessive but maybe that's the going rate for outdoor electrical. The electrician said he was going to fix a broken connector but didn't fix it. A bit frustrating since he showed it to me and we agreed he'd fix it. The bill says I was charged an additional $250 for liquid tight and wire and a new liquid right connector (which from my perspective and attached picture wasn't fixed). Five Stars Just Ain't Enough for Cedar Electrical Services!…read more If you're hunting for an electrical crew that actually shows up, does the job right, treats your home with respect, and even manages to be genuinely good humans while doing it--look no further than Cedar Electrical Services. We had them install a new EV charging circuit for my wife's Lucid (which, if you don't know, is basically a spaceship pretending to be a car), and from start to finish, this crew was absolutely first class. Sam, the boss, deserves his own cape. The man was ridiculously patient with us--like, saint-level patient. Explained everything, gave us options without the upsell nonsense, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. You could tell he runs his crew with respect, and it shows. Now let me brag on the dream team: Cole, William, Charlie, and Steven. These guys rolled up like pros, handled everything with care, and worked like a well-oiled machine. Every one of them was polite, professional, and just downright pleasant to have around. Not one grumbled, cut corners, or acted like they were doing us a favor. Instead, they knocked it out with skill and smiles--even cracked a few jokes that weren't half bad. We've had plenty of contractors over the years, but this crew? Best in the business. If Cedar Electrical Services were a band, I'd buy front-row tickets. Twice. Highly, highly recommend. You want it done right? Call Sam and the crew. Just make sure you have some coffee ready--they earn it. --Mickey A.
