It is very relaxing and I feel rejuvenated after every visit. I have come with my husband on date night and he loves it as well. We bought a monthly membership. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his business. The saunas are always clean and smell great with aromatherapy. They also provide you with cold water and cold, wet towels to cool down afterwards. You have an hour per session and can get out and cool down whenever you need. I'm really happy I found this place!

This time around they also added a back rest in the saunas which is really nice to lay against. Their iPhone adapter doesn't work on all phones so I either just listen to chill music right on my phone or the radio they have setup. I love that they have cold water and cups for you setup in the rooms. They also provide additional towels and clean wipes for after. The best part is the cold towel when you finish. It's so refreshing! You can lock your room and there's plenty of space for your belongings. Each session is approximately 45 minutes for the sauna.

He yelled and said that they were taking up his customers spots. Then they asked if he wanted them to move their car. The old man just continued to yell at them and point at things, even though they were being nothing but kind back. I was going to yell back and say "what customers?!" , but the young man obliged with the old grumpy guys hostile confrontation, and went and ran and moved his car. I went and talked to them after and they were just picking up a car from the shop next door, and would've been parked there for 10 mins. He was very very unwarranted to be so rude to them as they just did not know where to park. I would NEVER buy something from here because of that interaction. It also looks like nobody else is either because that parking lot is only ever filled with employees cars. Should put up a sign if you don't want people to park in your parking lot. There's a lot of other places to buy these things in Orem and Utah county. I personally do not support people that yell at ANYONE, no matter their age. There's no reason to do that.
