Worst hair coloring experience I've ever had. I really…read moredebated writing on here, because Ashley is a kind lady and I really liked her. I am sure she can do many things with hair that turn out good. But, if anyone else came and had the same sad, depressing expedience as me-, I would feel so sad to not have shared mine to save you from repeating such a traumatic experience. I had been waiting to lighten my hair for months- almost a year. I came in to have a professional help me lighten it- thought it might be safer- WRONG!!! My hair went from light reddish brown with a few blonde highlights - thru a bleach bath -to come out with hot coppery red roots(which I wanted it more coppery red thru the whole thing- and darker deep brown- ish black hair- darker even than when I came in. I tried So hard to not feel depressed about it and to be happy I still have hair and I am alive. Everyone makes mistakes. I just SUPER wished I'd have figured it out at home with my daughters instead. You live and you learn I guess. Please save yourself the grief and go somewhere else to color your hair. You'll be SO grateful you did.

It was a hot day, so we asked for no hot stones. The massages were just okay. My massage therapist did a lot of rubbing with his forearm with very little technique, so he did not get any knots out. It did not seem like he knew what he was doing to get knots out, since I requested more pressure but nothing really changed about the massage. My partner's massage had more technique to it, but was light on pressure. Overall, the massages were just okay and I'm not sure we would come back. It was annoying too that they still did hot stone massages even though we specifically asked for no hot stones. For $70 an hour, the prices were on par with other comparable places in the area, but just not as good.
