My physical therapist recommended that I try infrared sauna for an injury to help with pain relief…read moreand muscle recovery. I found Revive about 3 months ago and I'm hooked! It is very relaxing and I feel rejuvenated after every visit. I have come with my husband on date night and he loves it as well. We bought a monthly membership. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his business. The saunas are always clean and smell great with aromatherapy. They also provide you with cold water and cold, wet towels to cool down afterwards. You have an hour per session and can get out and cool down whenever you need. I'm really happy I found this place!

This is the second time visiting here. It's extremely relaxing and revitalizing. They have a couple…read moresingle saunas, couple two person saunas, and group saunas. In addition they do currently have the rapid boost recovery compression sleeves which I'll come back to make use of single I'm an endurance athlete. They also have the ion magnum sessions you can book. They plan to have the cryotherapy soon and I'm excited to try that as well. They have been really nice and explain everything you need to know about the sauna system and light treatments. This time around they also added a back rest in the saunas which is really nice to lay against. Their iPhone adapter doesn't work on all phones so I either just listen to chill music right on my phone or the radio they have setup. I love that they have cold water and cups for you setup in the rooms. They also provide additional towels and clean wipes for after. The best part is the cold towel when you finish. It's so refreshing! You can lock your room and there's plenty of space for your belongings. Each session is approximately 45 minutes for the sauna.

I came here last fall to get gels which went totally fantastic. I came back to get them removed and…read morethey pulled a aesthetician who was not familiar with how to remove gels. She shaved my nails down so thin and it was so incredibly painful. It is taking months for me to recover my nails and get my nail health all the way back. Upon leaving my first negative review which was a lot more lengthy and had a lot more detail. The owner reached out to me and convinced me to remove my first review because they are a small business and this would affect the health of their business. I have to wonder how many other people who left negative reviews were called and convinced to remove their negative reviews as well. And to the owner and whoever respond to these reviews, please do not contact me again.

My tech Emily said "this will help keep your lashes nicer for longer". I checked out, added a tip and left. The next day I got a call from the cops saying the spa claimed I stole from them. In attempts to upsel me by HANDING ME a product and allowing me to walk out with it in hand, I have been accused of shoplifting. IN THE RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW THE OWNER CONFIRMED THIS WAS A FAILED UPSELL ATTEMPT. Her techs were supposed to hand me the product and add the charge to my account without clearly addressing it to me, but the tech forgot to charge me and is now claiming I stole. It's hysterical! Also look at the owner's response to negative reviews, tells you everything you need to know.

Clean, welcoming and SO many great classes to choose from! Also a daycare and a really nice locker…read moreroom where you can get cleaned up and ready for the day after sweating your face off. There's even vanities where you can blow dry your hair and put makeup on. (I read some reviews saying it was outdated, I don't know what people expect. The counters are granite, not laminate; get over yourself.) I was in town for a couple of weeks for the holidays and didn't want to loose the progress I'd made at the gym back home, so I called Treehouse based on a recommendation. They were happy to give me a short term pass while I was in town! They even let me come one day for free to make sure I liked it first! Liberty in the membership office was so friendly. I loved her the moment I heard her voice on the phone. Julie is an excellent teacher who kicks your butt with love. She's very encouraging and good at adapting workouts if you aren't as advanced. I took 3 different classes with her. I think "MetCon" circuit training was my favorite. Mary Lynn is not only an amazing instructor who motivates and pushes you, but you get a motivational-therapy-pep-talk at the end which, personally, brought me to tears in both classes I took from her. "Not your Mamas Pilates" introduced me to muscles I didn't know I had. "50/50" was a nice balance of weights and cardio. Loved the kick boxing moves! Amber's up beat "High Fitness" class felt like a cross between cheerleading and musical theater dance. She called it "old school aerobics". The choreography is repetitive enough that you can pick it up pretty easily, and if not, it's no big deal. It's fun and I felt it. Even my arms felt it! For those who don't like working out, this might be a fun way to start. Lisa taught dance club. I personally didn't like how loud the music was and how fast the moves were. I couldn't pick them up and therefore didn't feel "the burn" as much. BUT it's super popular and lots of ppl love that class because it feels like you're in a dance club. Go with some girlfriends and just have fun! I'm really bummed I have to go home now. There are still a handful of classes I haven't tried yet and I wish I could!!!

The steam room is dingy and moldy with cracked tiles. Not an upscale vibe at all, it is in an upper class neighborhood but low grade facility. Poor management, needs an overhaul.

This is a large fitness facility. Very clean. 2 floors of workout equipment. Racquetball and basketball courts. A pool area. The pool area has a sort of water running path for people to walk against a strong current. There are 2 lap lanes. The locker rooms are clean. There's no shampoo/conditioner in the showers. They don't offer large towel service either. Just small face towels for sweat. Lots of classes (step, aerobics, etc) for everyone. Kids activities for those parents who want to work out.
