The flavors were outstanding, probably the best wings I've had in years! The wings were also super meaty and juicy and they bring out steamed towels for your hands, a nice touch. My husband enjoyed the chef special of the evening which was a black truffle Ramen bowl with oyster mushrooms, snow peas, bean sprouts, and a little pork belly and oh so good! I had studied the menu before wanting to have the Thai fried rice with the crab, but they were out of the crab so I asked the server what his favorite things were, and I chose one of them which was the Birria Ramen.
