    Build your own bowl

There is lots of parking available as this is in a strip mall. It's not much to look at inside (there were boxes and things piled up in the back of the dining area), but there were still people eating inside and tables available if you really wanted to. (I wouldn't recommend.) The staff was super kind and helpful making recommendations for my build your own poke bowl. There were SO many toppings to choose from, but opted for a normal sushi rice bowl with ahi tuna and salmon topped with edamame, mushrooms, carrots, jalapeños, cucumber, scallions, mango, tempura crunchers, masago, and spicy ginger sauce. It was assembled pretty quick (I got my food much faster than my friend who ordered at the Panera next door), and was super fresh and satisfying.

Went to this ramen shop with friends. The broth had a nice depth of flavor, but it was too spicy. Noodles were chewy and enjoyable. The pork was flavorful but fatty. The place was clean, but the seating was cramped. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I decided to go to poke man today after I got off of work just to try the noodles and in my opinion I order the hot noodles and they were not hot the broth was bland the worker was very nice I will give another try with something else

Stopped on a road trip off this exit and needed to find a good gluten free vegan restaurant. Next door was Panera, which is where I was headed for a salad, but decided to check this place out instead. Wow! So glad I did! I got the vegetarian bowl, which was rice, mixed greens, tofu, edamame, sweet onions, cucumbers.. and they had gluten free soy sauce which I subbed out for what was on the dish. It was so good! And I got the green tea, lightly sweetened., which was so refreshing! Only complaint is that they need to be closer to Cincinnati, where I'm from, lol!!

Ingredients are not the same. Salad was nothing but iceberg lettuce. Very little of other ingredients in my bowl. Missing selected items. My bowl is normally so coloful. Not anymore. Just filed w lettuce and sprinkles of other ingredients. Before, I never had anything bad to say. The miso soup is too greasy to eat. This is the 3rd poor experience I have had in 2 months.

The food here was pretty good. The flavors just weren't a good fit for me. The service was good, the staff were helpful and it was quick and easy. The area was pretty good. Limited seating and I think it could have been cleaner.

This is an awesome spot for vegan eats! I had the Vegetarian Signature Works bowl. It was a bowl of super fresh mostly green ingredients topped with a tasty creamy sesame sauce. The best part is it was ready in a flash! The restaurant itself is clean with clean restrooms

With covid, I haven't been able to get my poke fix in Chicago. I'm so happy there is a place I can get poke bowls nearby! I customized mine and there were a lot of choices to choose from. The poke bowl was fresh and delicious. If you have never been to a place like this, I suggest asking for recommendations because all of the ingredients could be a little overwhelming. I also got the brown sugar bubble tea which was a bit too sweet for me. For next time, I'll ask for a little less sugar. One thing I want to mention is that this place is only to-go, but understandable so because it's small! This place is definitely worth a stop though and I plan to go back!

Stopped by on way back to Chicago during road trip and was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the Poke bowl from here. I loved the wide variety of toppings and how each Poke bowl can get customized to an individuals liking. I will definitely stop by next time I drive thru. Thank you. Also it was very easy to order on the app.

Stumbled upon this great spot on my way to Indy from Chicago. Poke, ramen, and hibachi grilled bowls. It was real cold and snowing outside so ramen was my choice. I picked the spicy seafood miso ramen and it hit the spot! You can customize your order to your exact liking which was awesome. Very generous portion of shrimp and the soft boiled egg was done perfectly. Not too spicy but that might just be me, they'll give you extra jalapeños and have siracha if you you need to crank up the heat. Great customer service and nice clean place to go with the great food...I'll be back for sure!

I did ask the bartender if she could make a zombie and got a reply of what the heck is that? Still cool. I'll take a beer. It's definitely a locals bar, all good. But if you are walking in solo and not from the area, this isn't the place for you. I tried to ask the bartenders name, something I do so when I go back etc and maybe to have a conversation, they were more interested in getting back to the regulars and chat. I did get it, but it was just a weird exchange. All in all, service was just fine, I got my cold beers timely as I had a few before moshing to another spot, but if I want to sit and drink alone I can do that at the hotel. If you are with a friend go in and party on! I'm really only dinging because the name is misleading. I'm guessing that was the original intention and the area just doesn't want that and so it's a shift. It's all good, just different.

Those expectations were met, exceeded, and then handed back to us with a side of macaroni salad. We split the Pork Katsu Loco combination plate, which arrived looking like something the Jedi Council would have commissioned for a victory feast. The egg on top was scrambled but folded with enough care that it looked intentional and beautiful, draped over the pork katsu like it had always belonged there. The accompanying gravy was the kind that makes everything around it better, the rising tide theory of plate lunch confirmed. Every spoonful we built with rice, pork katsu, and macaroni salad together was its own complete moment. Ono does not even begin to cover it. The portions were enormous, the kind of plate that makes you recalibrate your lunch ambitions halfway through. Our son ordered the loco moco, which at this point is his standard field test at every Hawaiian spot we visit. A reliable benchmark, consistently deployed. Aloha Eats passed without hesitation. We also picked up chicken katsu musubi for each of us, took them home for later, and they held up just as well, which is a logistical victory worth noting. The vibe inside felt authentically Hawaiian without overdoing it, the kind of atmosphere that sets the right tone without requiring tiki torches and a ukulele soundtrack. Julie was our cashier and also brought out our food, handling both roles with the kind of warmth that makes a place feel like more than a transaction. Her smile genuinely lit up the room, which is not a phrase I use lightly or often. Five stars. Aloha Eats is the real deal and worth every parsec of the trip to Chicago.
