I was greeted upon entry. Service 5/5. Nice Caribbean ambiance. Food was tasty. Although the food temperature was a bit cold for my liking. I like my food hot. For the most part my rib tips were nice and tender. And the plantains were great. A great place to try if you're in Gary. Just plan for parking. read more

Food was excellent, big negative is having to look at a menu and then go to the counter and order. Their specials were great . The young lady was informative and very helpful. The establishment was very clean. You have to order drinks by the can or bottle, no refills. Really good lunch spot. The rum cake is heavenly; it's a must try! read more

The hours use to be limited and only open 3 days a week so this visit came highly anticipated and didn't disappoint. From the cashier/host Kiara and only Ryan they were knowlegable, well spoken and good hosts. This is as good as it gets on Lake Street in Downtown Miller Beach and comes highly recommended. Rib tips are MEATY! They have jerk and regular. The jerk has kick but just the right amount. Sometimes it's difficult to get certain foods on certain days. Oxtails are delicious but they are only available on certain days and it seems those days rotate. Also specials sell out quickly. Don't wait too late to put your order in. read more

I've been meaning to come here for months. I grew up in Miller and come home often. My parents (suprisingly) had not been here yet. Me and dad stopped for dinner. We got the jerk chicken, Mojo chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, plantains, and mac and cheese for sides with rum cake for dessert. WE DID NOT PUT OUR FORKS DOWN! Dad just kept saying, "More! More!"
