My mother and I have been going to Sharnika of Restoration Beauty Spa for a little over a year now,…read moreand we've both seen significant improvements in our skin. Personally, I've noticed that my skin tone is much more even and brighter than it used to be. From the very beginning, Sharnika has been wonderful to work with and incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. She really takes the time to understand your skin and explain what's going on with it. Through working with her, I've gained a much better understanding of my skin type and the kinds of ingredients that actually work for me. I actually started seeing her when she was at her first location, and it's been so nice watching her grow. Her new space is beautiful and feels like a real step up. I originally went to her purely for the skincare results, which I've been very happy with, but the new location adds such a nice experience to the visit. It's cozy, welcoming, and she even offers tea while you wait, which is a really thoughtful touch. It's clear that Sharnika is elevating her business, and I'm genuinely excited to see how she continues to grow. I'm so glad I found her and plan to keep working with her. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in helping you reach your skincare goals, I can't recommend her enough. Definitely give her a call.

Sharnika discussed my skin concerns with me before hand and tailored the facial to address them. She suggested I return in 3 or so months. In that time my skin changed drastically! I went back to work and spent the majority of my day wearing masks, causing disruption to my skin barrier. Additionally I started electrolysis which has revealed hyperpigmentation around my jaw line. When I returned to Sharnika she reexamines my skin and discussed options. She was upfront with her pricing and gave me some time to think over what was feasible for me. Both services were great, leaving my skin glowing and healthy. I appreciate her attention to detail and will be following her recommendations. I can't wait to return to Restoration Beauty Spa and continue to improve my skin!

I was really impressed by how efficient she was, I've been to lots of other salons where the same number of services would have taken 1.5x as long. However, if you book online you will get a text confirmation from Square which is a separate service and you cannot call or text that number. Also, if you aren't familiar with the area be aware that you go inside the mall and follow the signs towards the TJ Maxx. There are Fiji water bottles in the lobby but no sign by them. I wasn't sure if they were included in the cost of the appointment or cost extra so I didn't take one. Maybe if I was bolder, I wouldve inquired. They sell a number of sugar scrubs and other products that you can use after your sugaring/waxing appointment at home. At 2:30pm, a technician came out with another customer who'd just finished and greeted me after closing out her appointment. I was definitely nervous but my technician put me at ease with light conversation and music (they let you choose what music you want when you schedule your appointment). I had initially made my appointment for sugaring but I was told that my hairs were too short and that wax would work better. I was a bit disappointed because I'd read about sugaring, but happy that my technician was able to provide good advice. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected it to. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with silky smooth legs.
