I was running a bit late but as soon as I stepped through the door I was greeted and welcomed by everyone. Aside from my services, the employees were so friendly and welcoming too. The inside of the salon is STUNNING and impeccably clean. Upon sitting on the socially distanced pedicure chair I was handed a tray with a choice of a beverage and a snack (so thoughtful)! Afterwards, we got started on my fill in. The location I initially got my full set at is not to be trusted due to their lack of quality products. Sunnie is very knowledgeable and skilled, she let me know what some of the previous mistakes were and fixed them without hesitation. Personally I love when my nails are sharp and have the beautiful c/u shape at the end with a meticulous design. And I mean cmon look at this fill in. The shape, the colors, the detail! I found me a keeper For those concerned due to the current pandemic, you'll be in great safe and sanitized hands here. I should've listened to the last review about them charging essentially whatever they want. After spending 5 minutes on my feet and barely massaging them and then cutting my hands up, I was charged $20 extra dollars for a service that I never received. They argued that this was included and it must've been a hidden cost. I went ahead and paid it but will not be back. Horrible Service - Dishonest Pricing & Poor Quality I had a terrible experience at this salon. Initially, they quoted me $35 for a basic pedicure and $45 for the upgraded version. When I agreed to the $45 upgrade, the technician suddenly told me--mid-service--that cleaning my foot would cost an extra $5. pedicure include nail and foot cleaning.. I've never heard of such a charge, but since I was already in the middle of the service, I reluctantly agreed. I didn't want to create an issue. Even after paying $50 total, the service was subpar. My feet weren't properly cleaned, the water was cold, and the overall pedicure was rushed and poorly done. Additional,manicure she didn't clean my hands at all--even though basic nail cleaning should be standard, I don't want to use a nail paint because I'm allergic with that smell, so I keep it to standard though she didn't do anything my manicure finish in 5 minutes. Every time I come here, this man is asked to do my nails and I have had issues with him and his demeanor every time. He is rude and immediately gets agitated if you ask him a question like, "what gel colors do you have for a French base?" Why does that get you angry? I asked him to please be kinder because I'm asking a simple question and he scoffs then quotes me $120 for a simple full set. I ask for the price book and calculate the price and it should be $90. He scoffs again and walks away. As I suspected, he was upset because I asked him to stop being rude. If you come here, avoid him. Also my nails looked terrible even after someone else did them. Against my better judgement I accompanied an out of town friend to this salon yesterday for a quick pedicure. It was just the closest one to where we were and looked nice inside from the photos on google. While I normally go to another salon downtown I figured that it looked clean enough for a basic pedi and my friend didn't want to drive downtown. Upon entering, I notice they have no other customers. I asked for a regular pedicure with "regular polish." The tech walked me over to the pedicure station and helped me get settled. Cool. He places the hygienic liner in the basin. Great. And then brings me a wheel of SNS/gel colors to choose from. I say "just white please, but remember regular polish, no gel". The water is SUPER hot and I tell him but he just nods and doesn't adjust anything - My feet turned visibly red. He starts working on my toes, which is a relief because they're out of the water. He first removes my regular nail polish with the electric file instead of acetone, but I'm like okay, maybe this is normal, even though I've never had a tech do that before. He asks me if I want them shorter, and I say yes please, and then he clips them fine. But then he cuts the inside corners and pulls out the edges of my big toenail. And it HURTS! I pull back and say "ouch", and he ignores me and then does it on the other side. (For the record, I do NOT have ingrowns). I have never had a nail tech do this before but it was so painful! He then proceeds to put gel polish on my toes which I didn't realize until he brought the light over, and I had to stop him and say "I said regular polish, not gel" like 3 times. He apologized and removed it. He then dropped the polish brush on the ground and proceeded to take it away (I really hope he sanitized it). Anyway, it finally ends and I pay $46 and leave with my toe throbbing and a sloppy paint job to boot. (Photos are 2 days after the service by the way. I'm about to make a doctor appointment because the infection seems to be getting worse). Clearly this tech was inexperienced and unskilled but also, his very limited ability to communicate with me in English complicated everything. I get not being able to chat, but if you are providing a service you should at least be able to understand keywords your customer requests as well as try to communicate when your customer indicates you have hurt them. I know it's my fault for not stopping him and getting up and leaving in the middle of the appointment but I'm not one to cause a scene or be "rude" to people providing a service to me. I should have been though because a last minute pedicure is now potentially an infection as I've been up all night with a throbbing, red and inflamed big toe. Considering this salon? One of my favorite places to stop for a quick spa day. The overall decor and vibe of the salon is immaculate. Sunnie and Thi (Tee) are my favorite nail technicians from here. The store is spacious, so I feel like I am a sufficient amount of space from other clients that puts my mind more at ease amidst the COVID season. There are also nice music and updated massage chairs that enhance my comfort levels during pedicures. Walk-ins are welcomed, but may not be the best option if you're looking for a detailed set. Typically, I like to book an appointment with Sunnie or Thi via their Instagram account to ensure a slot for my appointment. I called to make an appointment when they first opened and was told they do not make appointments unless with a specific technician. Based on reviews, I called a couple of names and they said they were just booked but I should just walk in because there would be no wait on a Wednesday night. I arrive and the salon is gorgeous. A young lady working asked what service I needed and I informed her that I called earlier and needed a gel manicure and pedicure. I was told it wouldn't be long. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting and let her know I was going to charge my phone in my car that was literally outside their door. She said she would get me when someone was free. After about 10 minutes, I see them take the person who came after me to the back. I go back inside and she seemed surprised that I was still around and apologized. A full hour later, I was serviced. My concerns: they have barriers that they don't use at pedicure station. She double dipped into supplies that looked like it was meant for single use - potential cross contamination. Gel and normal colors were not a match for some reason. Another technician sat behind me...almost 3 feet away and he was there to just chit chat. I told him I was uncomfortable and he just flipped his hand as to say whatever. For such a new spot, I expected so much more. Worst of all - nails chipped the next day. read more

This happened in January and I haven't back, but I do not recommend unless you're going to one of the ladies that specialize in acrylics. I came for a simple manicure, before I did I called and asked if there was anyone other than the older lady to do my feet. I don't like when she does it cuz she has cut me before so I avoid her. They assured me someone else could do my feet. This place changes staff like nobodies business, so when I arrived it wasn't the same group of men that usually do feet. I specifically asked for a man to do them and not the old lady, when I said that she said something in Vietnamese. Idc but it's like I can't explain to you how you hurt me if you can't understand me. They had this one dude doing my feet and it was awful. He was clearly a new arrival to the states and was just hired there for work. Maybe they were cousins because the other dude was standing next to him and coaching him the entire time he was doing my feet. He was shaking the entire time and it took him a whole hour for a gel manicure. I recorded it and took pictures. He had the longest finger nails ever and was scraping me when he tried to make corrections for his polish, which I told him he was hurting me and he apologized. The polish was nice but overall I was pissed because of why tf would you give me a man that's never worked in a salon a day in his life. That's dangerous and careless. Also, watch out for their tools. They'll "disinfect" them and put them back into the little bag that's supposed to have new tools in them. They were doing it during COVID but I guess they don't bother with it anymore. Never going here again. I got a new phone so I don't have the pictures and videos anymore but if I find them on my old phone I'll upload them. read more

I rarely ever leave reviews, but my experience at this salon today was horrible. I've been here once before, and decided to give it a second try. Both times, I got an acrylic full set. The man who did my nails both times sits on the second row, to the right in the salon. He is very, very rude. The first time he did my nails, I asked for a design and he did okay, just okay. Today, I also asked for 2 hearts on one of my nails, and it was not what I wanted, so I asked him to take it off. He had a major attitude in doing so. Mind you, I got gel this time (which isn't what I wanted either), so all he had to do was wipe it off the one nail. Last time, I had acrylic powder, this time, he didn't even ask me before applying gel. When I said something, I was ignored. I understand everyone has different personalities, but this guy is flat out rude. The woman who usually picks up the phone is also VERY rude. My nail broke within 10 days of me getting them done, so I called and asked to have the one nail fixed. She told me that I'm supposed to get a fill every 2 weeks and that one nail would be 10 dollars to fix. Anyone who gets acrylics know that your set should last 3 weeks (sometimes 4). I will not be coming back, and recommend that you take your money elsewhere! I have never been to a salon where the person who is doing your nails acts like you are bothering them because they have to work. Unbelievable. read more

Honest review based from my experience. I like they are happy to take you in same day and inside looks very luxury and clean, my nails came out very pretty. But I can tell they are turning over customers quick. My nail artist didn't even change the towel nor used clean disinfected equipment when it came to my turn. Right after she was done with her previous client she didn't even sanitize, disinfect, change or clean her equipment for the next customer (me). the towel and table still had the previous client dead skin all over. They reuse files as she just brought one out from under the table and looked so worn. This is unsanitary. If she followed sanitation rules I would of given higher rating due to my nails looking cute. I was excited when I first started coming here. The staff does beautiful nails BUT terrible customer service. I do agree with some of the other reviews. They do make up prices as they go. I had a full bling & design set w pedi that cost me $150 which I didn't get to enjoy be I had to come back ×2 within the first week be the gel was peeling & the nails were breaking !! My next visit I came for a fill in with ZERO designs and a pedi then was charged $120 .. I paid then asked them " so the difference between this plain fill in that they used regular acrylic powder & the full bling/design set I once had before with colored acrylic was $30 ???? basically you're telling me I can get 8 finger designs w colored acrylic next time for $30 bc you guys didn't do anything but fill in my nails with the wrong acrylic color and apply paint to be charged $30 less from my last set " which I showed them! & they ignored me. I paid $75 basically $80 for a fill in with regular acrylic (not even my colored acrylic) and paint job! Definitely won't be coming back after this set. The girls who work here are great! Super talented and friendly, however, the man who I guess does all the walk ins is horrible to work with. He doesn't greet you, totally unfriendly the entire appointment, and makes up prices as he goes. The last time I was there he didn't even walk me up front and told the other guy to charge me $80 for a fill...A FILL?? And now this time after removing my previous set and receiving a new full set the price was $70... how does that make any sense? I asked how much it would be to just cut and file my boyfriends nails, they said $20 for a full cleaning..I said no he doesn't want all that can you just cut and soften the edges and to which they responded that it was still $20! i live about ten minutes away from this little hidden gem. i wanted to try it out because of the convenience and the atmosphere looked appealing from their photos. I have not a single regret. i walked in because when i called earlier that day there was no answer but i was seated immediately. Okay so it pains me to write this review because I've been a regular at this nail salon and it is the place to be. I've brought my mom, sister and best friend here to get there nails done. Usually by Tee or Sunnie. But recently I've been having some bad experiences. So last time I went to get my nails done and a had a random older lady do my nails and she completely over charged me. I do not recommend this location. The owner is very rude. I walked in for a gel fill-in. I was asked to wait 5 minutes. I sat for 10 minutes. This Spanish person walked in with no appointment and took that person straight to a tech. I asked the owner how did that person just walk in and be seen. Now we all know that the nail techs don't really stress about color of the nail until the nail has acrylic complete. His so called reason for taking the person over me was because a color I asked him about initially. It showed racist to me. I will not be going to that shop ever again.
