I love their service so i definitely recommend. The place itself looks really nice. I went and showed them my how i wanted my nails and they did exactly how i wanted.

YESSSSSSS!!!!! The location is beautiful I love the vibe, the cleanliness and the atmosphere. My girl Amanda is great i've been coming to her for years. You would not be disappointed in her work. If you're looking for a new nail salon to come to this is the place!!!!!!!

The reviews about customer service ... understandable. But if the job is to have pretty nails, a job well done! Also find it a bit odd that prices aren't posted inside or on their website I did have to call to see how much a gel manicure would cost. Also the inside is beautiful! Side note: I did have to ask for cuticle oil at the end which I believe is a pretty standard manicure procedure

    Avoid him

Every time I come here, this man is asked to do my nails and I have had issues with him and his demeanor every time. He is rude and immediately gets agitated if you ask him a question like, "what gel colors do you have for a French base?" Why does that get you angry? I asked him to please be kinder because I'm asking a simple question and he scoffs then quotes me $120 for a simple full set. I ask for the price book and calculate the price and it should be $90. He scoffs again and walks away. As I suspected, he was upset because I asked him to stop being rude. If you come here, avoid him. Also my nails looked terrible even after someone else did them. I showed a simple picture of almond shaped French tips. I didn't get close to that at all.

Against my better judgement I accompanied an out of town friend to this salon yesterday for a quick pedicure. It was just the closest one to where we were and looked nice inside from the photos on google. While I normally go to another salon downtown I figured that it looked clean enough for a basic pedi and my friend didn't want to drive downtown. Upon entering, I notice they have no other customers. I asked for a regular pedicure with "regular polish." The tech walked me over to the pedicure station and helped me get settled. Cool. He places the hygienic liner in the basin. Great. And then brings me a wheel of SNS/gel colors to choose from. I say "just white please, but remember regular polish, no gel". The water is SUPER hot and I tell him but he just nods and doesn't adjust anything - My feet turned visibly red. He starts working on my toes, which is a relief because they're out of the water. He first removes my regular nail polish with the electric file instead of acetone, but I'm like okay, maybe this is normal, even though I've never had a tech do that before. He asks me if I want them shorter, and I say yes please, and then he clips them fine. But then he cuts the inside corners and pulls out the edges of my big toenail. And it HURTS! I pull back and say "ouch", and he ignores me and then does it on the other side. (For the record, I do NOT have ingrowns). I have never had a nail tech do this before but it was so painful! He then proceeds to put gel polish on my toes which I didn't realize until he brought the light over, and I had to stop him and say "I said regular polish, not gel" like 3 times. He apologized and removed it. He then dropped the polish brush on the ground and proceeded to take it away (I really hope he sanitized it). Anyway, it finally ends and I pay $46 and leave with my toe throbbing and a sloppy paint job to boot. (Photos are 2 days after the service by the way. I'm about to make a doctor appointment because the infection seems to be getting worse). Clearly this tech was inexperienced and unskilled but also, his very limited ability to communicate with me in English complicated everything. I get not being able to chat, but if you are providing a service you should at least be able to understand keywords your customer requests as well as try to communicate when your customer indicates you have hurt them. I know it's my fault for not stopping him and getting up and leaving in the middle of the appointment but I'm not one to cause a scene or be "rude" to people providing a service to me. I should have been though because a last minute pedicure is now potentially an infection as I've been up all night with a throbbing, red and inflamed big toe. Considering this salon? Don't.

Very nice service and my nails turned out better than the photo I showed them! Sanitary tools and reasonable price. I will be making this my regular nail spot! :)

This place is very clean and bright! These are the best mail techs I've ever seen and I've been getting my nails done consistently since highschool

One of my favorite places to stop for a quick spa day. The overall decor and vibe of the salon is immaculate. Sunnie and Thi (Tee) are my favorite nail technicians from here. The store is spacious, so I feel like I am a sufficient amount of space from other clients that puts my mind more at ease amidst the COVID season. There are also nice music and updated massage chairs that enhance my comfort levels during pedicures. Walk-ins are welcomed, but may not be the best option if you're looking for a detailed set. Typically, I like to book an appointment with Sunnie or Thi via their Instagram account to ensure a slot for my appointment. I recommend checking these girls on social media and possibly consulting with them of the nail choice prior to the appointment to avoid any confusion. Lovely staff and lovely salon!

Friendly fast and professional service. Inside the salon is bright and clean. They did an excellent job on my nails. I got special designs and the gel manicure and regular pedicure. I felt bad that they took cash only for tips. Next time I will make sure to bring cash for tips.

New to the area and need my nails done. After searching thru several nails shops I found La Vina. Based on the photos I called and requested a young lady name Sunnie. She was great! I showed her a photo of the nails I wanted and she delivered! The parking lot where the nail shop is located is very busy. The salon itself is spacious! All stations are social distant.

However, I do not know if I would bother coming back again due to a few reasons, but I would not try the same tech again. One, I noticed after the appointment that I had two cuts on separate cuticles from the tech trimming them back. Additionally, each of my cuticles were not given the same amount of attention. One particular finger stands out with the gap between the gel and my new growth being larger than the rest. I am aware that perhaps my nails grow unevenly, but I've gotten my nails done before and never had this issue so I think it's still worth noting. I also left the salon with unnoticed gel under my nail that I had to chisel off later. Lastly, at exactly the one week mark, the gel on one nail started lifting. That particularly upsets me because I'm worried about moisture and bacteria getting trapped so I had to remove the gel much sooner than anticipated. I work a desk job and genuinely don't do much with my hands so I am confident it wasn't anything I did. Overall, for $60, I expected better. I am honestly most disappointed because I was willing to support a salon with their values. Lastly, parking at the co-op is no longer free and hasn't been for at least a month. I wish their website would be updated.

I really liked the vibe of the salon and the fact that they use non-toxic materials. They also appear to treat their staff very well. However, they are a bit pricy for a gel+builder manicure but I was willing to bite the bullet on the price if the work matched the sticker price. Unfortunately it has not. I got my manicure on Friday late afternoon and by Sunday afternoon several of my nails are already chipped. There's no reason a gel manicure should be chipping/fading after 48 hours. I guess my search will continue.

Tiffany was very communicative via both text and DM on there Instagram account, which I used to schedule my next appointment. She was also there when I arrived for that appointment to ensure things went smoothly. Emily was very attentive during my service, and ultimately I was happy with this set. I did SNS and Emily finished with a gel top coat. Since I prefer to not have gel that is cured by UV, I may not return regularly. However, this salon has a huge selection of not only regular colors, but specialty colors as well, such as cat eye and jelly polishes. Jelly polishes are definitely on my list to try in the future, so I'll likely be back for that. I just kept mumbling to myself about how embarrassingly awful my nails looked. The left and right hands look nothing alike, they are crooked and different lengths. I tried to gently guide her on how to fix the shaping while she was doing it, but no success. And then came the paint job. Lawd. Lump after lump after lump. Nothing neat about it, and they looked old and uneven before I left! I think I was shocked so I didn't say anything but I really should have because now I need to go elsewhere and get this remedied. All this to say, if you do try this spot out (and are not getting a regular gel manicure) ask for Andy. He's always done a solid job for me. The male nail tech seems disgruntled and is low vibrational. The last 3 times he did my nails they either chipped, smudged or 1 nail completed fell off. It's a shame because he has potential to be an excellent nail tech if he can put his ego to the side and learn how to serve his clients. After giving me a new nail set at my last fill in appointment he told me my next appointment will be a new set: I told him no way. They seem to view their clients as walking ATMs--it's an uncomfortable feeling: They constantly badger you to do new sets, gel mani-pedis or expensive "spa" pedicures even after you've told them specifically the kind of services you want/prefer--it's more "them" focused than client focused. Btw,I was never thanked for my $20-$25 tips --ever. This last appointment took the cake--nail tech dude nicked my skin with his super sharp nail tool and blamed MY skin for "growing too close to the nail". This happened after leaving me under the fan for 15 minutes while he enjoyed a phone conversation right in front of me--so I knew it was because he wasn't paying attention--he seems resentful of his customers and unhappy to do this kind of work. When I arrived for my appointment (no such thing really because they treat everyone as a walk-in) he and a young girl didn't move to seat me, I had to ask them if they were working today in order to mobilize them--mind you I was the only customer.
