I loaded my bike up to get it home and realized that they did absolutely nothing to service the bike - not even the simplest of tasks like putting air in the tires!!! I called to ask them what happened and was put on hold and came back and was told that they tightened the bolts and that they 'don't sell that brand of e-bike, but I could always bring the bike back to put air back into the tires' Really? Two days and $50 later, my bike was in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off! Unsatisfactory service and a lack of concern! Save you money- go elsewhere!

They quoted one thing, then I received two calls saying they had to repair "extra" things. I originally went in and said it had two problems (the gear shifter not shifting and the back break not functioning). -I went to the store he didn't add my receipt up correct (15.00 extra) -He told me he didn't have the part he quoted me on the phone so he had to install a different one, more expensive, and charged me for it saying "you'll like it better". -He never rode my back to test it When I picked up the bike and got home I noticed the back tire was flat. You would think that a bicycle repair would have tested it by seating on it and riding the last time to check to see if the problem was fixed and noticed that the tire was flat, yet he didn't. When I went in he starting telling me that there was no way he did it. After talking with him he realized he had made a mistake, yet wasn't humble and gave me an apology that he said he "might have taken air out to fit the brake on and forgot later to put air back in" A week later after riding it, the bike still has one of the same two problems that I went in for originally, the gear shifter. If he had ridden the bike just one time after repairing it he would have noticed the gear shifter problem and no air in the tire. He didn't. I was given a quote for $65 for a tune up, and ended up paying $115.00. I could have bought a new bike from Walmart for that price. I will go to a better place that provides exceptional service.

( Fergie voice ) "ASSHOLES" Not sure what crawled up these guys rear end,, but not good vibes. "We pride ourselves on being the skate shop" Lol k dude..... They carry accessories as well as a great line of shoes to fit the normal sized feet out there. It is just over a year later and I've ordered my fifth or seventh pair of shoes here. Except, this time I discovered my feet had gotten bigger so the usual size I get was a little tight. I went back in and talked with the owner and she had a pair of 11.5 EEEEEE shoes for me to try. They were a much better fit so she ordered me the new bigger size. Who else would do that after a special order? Check this place out if you need shoes. If she doesn't have what you want she will order them for you.
