I was there today to find a matching wallet & purse. I took a wallet over to see if it matched. I put the wallet down by the purse, decided to think about it and made one more loop around the store before exiting. I got half way across the parking lot when an employee came hoofing across the parking lot and accused me of stealing the wallet - I told him it was by the matching purse and went back in the store to show him. The service was amazing--from the wide selection and quality brands to the genuinely helpful staff. I was able to try on a bunch of different sneakers until I found the right pair. Then, when it came to the work shoes, they helped me test out insoles and different fits until we found something that worked perfectly. A special shoutout to Chloe--she went above and beyond. They ordered the work shoes in for me, and instead of making me pay a ridiculous shipping fee to get them to my dorm, Chloe personally delivered them.
