I was reluctant to leave at first, but then noticed that there was another table across from us a family of four with two kids who were having the same problem too. They waited patiently as we were, but no one was around to serve us because they were all standing at the bar being loud and goofing around. At that point I had enough and we walked out. I have now read the most recent reviews on this establishment after I left and I should have done that before we came here. A lot of unpleasant reviews have been posted for the past six months about this place. So apparently there's a reason why I had the experience I did as everyone else did recently. It was juicy and flavorful. The chicken legs and turkey wrapped in bacon were so delicious and well seasoned. When it came to the skirt steak, short ribs and other cuts of meat, I felt like they were on the drier side and not as tasty. They never asked how we liked it cooked (medium or well done) so we just got whichever temperature they were served. I was also disappointed they didn't have chicken hearts since I always look forward to those when I go to a rodizio. When we mentioned that we'd still like to stay despite that, since our one-year-old can sit in a regular chair, it felt like a battle just to get one. It was clear that the hostess was eager for us to leave. Our meal felt rushed, as if we were being timed on how quickly we could eat. Her continual glares were uncomfortable, especially since we were seated right next to the hostess stand. It's unfortunate how much a bad hostess can negatively impact a dining experience. I genuinely hope the management realizes this and considers better training for their staff. Overall, this experience made it clear to me that I won't be returning.
